Surely no camping should be a bonus! Camping is horrific. They did have rooms available in hillhead halls, which I thought was a good idea.

They should definitely make another announcement, try and get something sorted and see what they can shift over the weekend.... From what I gather they weren't too far off hitting the break even target sales wise, a big push at the weekend and it could all be back on. I fear it's a wee bit too late though.......

Oh, don't get me wrong, I totally agree. They should have come out and said that people need to start buying their tickets a couple of weeks back. And nailed down a headliner. I personally know at least 40 odd folks who haven't bought yet but were going to go.... and I'm sure many others were in the same boat. A shame, would be good if it could be salvaged!

Would be good if this does give it a kick up the arse it needs and it does indeed go ahead. They should give it until the end of the weekend and see if all these folks who are going to buy tickets do so..... what with it being pay weekend and all. Over 260 folks have signed it already by the looks of it with many saying they want several tickets.

Deary me, seen a few folk complaining about the price on facebook. You'd be looking at at least 20-30 for several of those acts at their own shows. A missed opportunity by Aberdeen, really poor show. Feel sorry for all involved and I know Jamesy had been knocking his pan in trying to sort out stuff that had cropped up.

Every team has one (at least) of these boys.... clowns..... think they are a 'fitba player'. I'm terrible mind you.... keep it simple. We have the same boy every week at fives who always seems to end up last man and tries to skin everyone, about 14 times and gets nowhere. Loses ball. Goal. You are standing open waiting for a simple pass..... but no. Then passes to you when you are marked. Useless.

Transformers - Dark of the Moon - Good visuals, terrible drawn out film. Hopefully Michael Bay is done with these and we get a decent reboot.

I know loads of folk who have said they are going but haven't bought their tickets yet which is a shame. I'm assuming everyone is leaving it to last minute..... Has the potential to be a good event for Aberdeen in the years to come. I guess the organisers do need to come out with a headliner to get folk interested again (would be a good time to do so, pay weekend and all).

Strange, I saw the doors open at lunchtime with signs up on all the windows, not that I was really paying attention as I meandered past. My mistake.

It's not too difficult to do. Cut the area back a bit and put a new area of plasterboard on and fill round the edges. Any decent plasterer should do this pretty quickly if you are not confident at doing it yourself.

Clark will do a solid job for the Dons. Reliable, bags of energy. Better than Derek Young, and not as much of a luxury/waster as Aluko. Good signing.

I'm driving down, but not till Thursday evening. And I'm not camping. So I probably can't help. Pretty easy route mind you.... the site is just off Junction 7 heading towards Edinburgh.

I agree with this. Was a bit let down by the final episode as the last few had been amazing. It's been good tv though and I'm looking forward to the next batch of episodes!
