I agree that playing original material is very important, but when it's your first gig i think it's good to play a couple of covers, i didn't see the gig i am just stating my opinion. If you play a couple of covers in your set, people know those songs and can get into the band more easily. If you are a young,new band and you play all your own stuff, then it's harder for people to get into as they have never heard it before so i say well done for chucking in a few covers.

It is the shit!! Stephen is defo right in saying if you enjoy the more whacky side to biffy. The song almost reminds me of a disco type song, Maybe it's just because of the beat, all i can say is........... Mon the Biffy!

Our last website was awful and we never updated it. at the moment we are working on a new one, but want to wait till our new cd comes out so we can put up a new mp3 to go with it, just to preview it to ya'll. Hope that is useful info.

To be quite honest yeah we all love biffy and everyone knows that! when we corssed over from pop punk i do think we sounded alot like biffy, mainly because that's all we listened to. However i feel del Franklin compared us to Placebo which i feel is far more realistic. The new stuff doesn't sound anything like biffy, it does lean more towards placebo and stapleton.... I'm not having a go stuart but we don't sound like biffy, that tag went a long time ago. Come on august 13th to hear our new stuff, if you still think we sound like biffy, that's cool, but you are probably deaf!

The new reuben album is awesome!! If anyone doubted them because of the new single Freddy Kruger, fret not, it is all classic reuben. Freddy Kruger is the stand out single, so that is why it was put out. Everyone get their asses down to one up on Friday 25th of August to see them play an instore gig. Should be awesome!

Can i add, this shall be the only gig we are playing in Aberdeen for quite sometime so get your arses down to see some awesome bands. Please confirm the last band ross.............We may need to put the gig on hold for another 2 years. We'll probably be playing 1 or 2 new songs so it should be soop!!

Like i've said a million times before, if they were out a couple of years ago, they would've been branded pop punk, and i've always considered them a pop punk band. This song concludes my thoughts!

am i actually hearing this? InMe were shite. Hiding Place were so bad. X is loaded were better and the sound was actually really good for them. InMe were not good. His voice went in the 2nd song, and it just seemed that every song they played was a heap of old nu metal hits. What was with the drummer and bassist wearing the woman beater vest?? Nae cool lads. The only good thing of the night was firefly and even that is sounding dated these day. WEAK!

Camie - please tell me you are taking the piss? Air hostes, pop punk / emo, " i messed my pants when we flew over France", yeah deep lyrics, very emotional. Listen to the starting line for what genre you are on about. There is no denying it that Busted are pop, however they are awesome at it. Matt and James were actually mates before they got signed and they wrote songs before the got signed. They then put an advert in NME to find someone and they got Charlie. You can see that Charlie really doesn't enjoy playing with them anymore as he is a huge rock fan, he is obviosuly in Biffy Clyro, Deftones after seeing him with the t-shirts on and I've also seen him wearing a taking back sunday and victory record t-shirt. He supposedly wants to leave and do the music he and his brother are doing which is supposedly very good. However he'll never get any recognition from the rock world unless he has written some awesome tunes. I don't really understand why people say they are trying to be pop punk / emo, when the clearly state they are a pop band. I remember at the Brit awards all they said was we only want to win best pop act as that is what we are, pop with other influences. simple. Just stop.

Wahoo and i'm djing at this gig. InMe didn't even speak to us last year, they stayed in their bus the whole night. You think one of them would've said well done for destroying them.

I saw them live at the barrowlands, were fucking awesome. Buddy's voice has got alot better on the new record, he has had singing lessons supposedly.

wasted space - fugazi and stapleton in your listening to, fucking awesome!! Yeah i heard the new song and it's awesome, there is not bad part in that song.................. curse them! The fleetwood mac cover was ace, maybe a little too dischorded, but still awesome stuff.

Not much point in moaning about them not playing in the Deen seeing as they've cancelled that whole tour!
