  4. Leave Lesley alone Dave, She's only little. Sad to see Evac go, thought with a bit of hard work and time they could've become something good, lets hope they go on to form other bands.
  5. Unkind are deadly, 10 date UK & Eire tour with Filthpact from 1-10th April 2005, No Aberdeen date sadly, closest is Edinburgh.
  6. Filthpact are playing the 1 in 12 that night with Narcosis, Boxed In, In Decades Decline and Unkind. Keep up Dave!!!
  7. Best add that one to the list along wth the US bonesaw. The true bonesaw can be found here: http://www.hxcmp3.com/bonesaw
  8. * Formed Filthpact from the ashes of VOA in Feb 04 and have since played 26 gigs across Europe and sold over 400 cds and 300 7"s, drank way too much beer and smoked more grass than i care to imagine. * Passed into 2nd year of Politics and management at RGU. * Managed to keep a part time job and great girlfriend. * Put on a lot of great gigs at Dr Drakes. * Avoided getting a haircut.
  9. Not normally much of an acoustic fan but have been listening to the guitarist and drummer from fighting shit's acoustic stuff rir lately and loving it. They're touring the UK with it, early next year.
  10. Recent listening: Fugazi Assuck Jesu Skitsystem Das Oath
  11. Filthpact are recording with Robin Sutherland who has worked with Laeto, Kaddish, Jesus Elephant God etc I should of explained better but we're getting this a mates rate(100) as he is a close friend of ours, normally charging 60 a day, he holds various sound recording qualifications and does both live and studio work for a living. Anyway i wasn't trying to stir trouble merely explain that much as we'd like to, the possibility of spending 100 on a live recording isn't one we can afford. We're all looking forward to our gig at the moorings next month a change of scenery will be good.
  12. Right this is shifting fast, 40 have just gone out in the last 2 days, we're going to be down to the last 100 of the 300 pressed soon, anyone interested in buying a copy either buy online or take some money(3) down to the drakes gig on Sat. Cheers, Dave
  13. Oi Polloi Active Minds Eat Yer Greens Disorder Thats about all the anarcho bands i've seen. Though Oi Polloi was Fuam Catha era and were more of a Crust Outfit, which i prefer to the earlier stuff. Cress are my favourite Anarcho band.
  14. The Nothing have been set to play Aberdeen twice, once with D-Rail and then at the alldayer with Burning Skies, Come see Kaddish on Sat they're Scottish and do it all 10x better than most of the bands i've seen on this list. Dave
  15. For fans of Converge/Norma Jean/Jeromes Dream etc: http://www.hxcmp3.com/kaddish At Dr Drakes Sat 13th Nov, Also playing are the wonderfull Zillah (www.zillah666.co.uk) and local support from Filthpact, Evacuating Heaven and Spike Pile Driver, 8pm 4, Get the fuck in!
  16. Kaddish might suite your tastes: www.hxcmp3.com/kaddish They playing at drakes on Sat with a load of grind/crust bands.
  17. Smoking Cigarettes in Hell is great, really catchy.
  18. Speak out against bush yeah i'm all in favour of that, pass yourself off as cool with the kids for doing it recieving increased media coverage of your bands actions and selling more records as a result, hmmn not my thing. Anyway just my opinion on it all.
