I think 402 has accumulated a healthy pile of parking tickets due to the fact that theres no feckin way we're moving the cars for a damm footballs game, and even if we wanted to, we're never up in time anyway and half the time we dont know there is a damm game on till we hear the noise.

Yeup, still doing it. Nice big project on, but its a very long term one and the cash flow has been screwed over by various medical and ex-student expenses so I could really use a nice small steady income to make sure I have food/rent money till the next design payday (and probably during future projects too). Plus on top of that to be honest one of the main reasons for it is that at the moment I'm spending on average my entire waking day shut in my room alone in front of a PC, could really use to be forced out into public once in a while! [edit] So yeah, if that was an 'I told you so' - you were right, self employment pays pretty damm well and has a lot of very good points, but its not all fun and games - itsdamm lonely for one!

Anybody know of any going? About to take a trip into town with a few dozen CV's, but I'd save a few trees if I had some leads on jobs going. Plenty of experience (bars and clubs), few good references, available for immediate start, full or part time (ideally about 25 hours a week).

In an ideal world I'd take a representetive from 3 categories - 1) A musician who's career benefits from a-m 2) A promoter/manager/venue owner etc - someone in the business who benefits from a-m 3) Someone internet related, who's views more reflect the internet in general rather than just one forum

I tend to do 'midnight snacks', during which I'm practically sleep walking. Works fine when i'm sleeping in my boxers, but a while back while living in Glasgow I had company shall we say so I wasn't exactly clothed, walked into the kitchen naked streight into a group of my flatmates friends coming home from a club. Whats worse is I didn't even notice for about 5 minutes.

Having worked BT faults I can tell you I would have personally seen to it an engineer was on that guys doorstep the next morning if he was that ammusing on the phone. Meh, never really had any long term ones... Hrm... when my brother was younger he has a speach impedement and used to call me Tun for some reason, which is still used from time to time by cousins etc... Back when I was in the ATC I became known as Private Joker (from Full Metal Jacket) as apparently I look like him with a shaved head... Mr. Tristen is the only one used the last few years... not entirely sure where it came from, but I think it has something to do with my love of formality and titles... Apart from that the closest people come is just a shortening of Tristen to Tris which has always happened, and of course the odd pet name that only one person uses etc etc...
