Yeh well, don't let it happen again!

I've bought various pairs of jeans from Asda. They've all been fine. Jeans are jeans, and if you buy more "upmarket" jeans they are usually "twisted" or "crinkled" or come with manufactured holes/wear-and-tear, or some cosmetic fashionable paint stain on the arsehole and 15 pockets per leg. Fuck off. Plain jeans. 4 pockets, no fucking holes or dyed machine fade. I'm not in a fucking boyband, shitsock.

Well there is and there isn't. On another forum I'm a member on there are a large number of religious posters (mostly American) and we discuss this quite a lot. They all struggle to grasp the basic premise that aethism is an absence of belief. They talk about it as though it's another religion and we all attend church meetings or recite passages from the likes of RIchard Dawkin's books like they recite the bible. I'm an aethist, I know there's no god and I get on with life accordingly. I don't waste a minute out of my day thinking about being an aethist or indoctrinating myself in that way of life. It's just the way things are. I'd like to know Ross' source for that 40% figure he bandied about, if he's including agnostics I'd have guesssed that figure was higher. Though it may be including agnostics who habitually tick "church of scotland" etc on the census form yet haven't gone to a service for years.

They could, you know, do what the evil 'middle class' do and only have as many kids as they can afford to feed and house in a suitable manner. God forbid they show some responsibility and only have 2 children instead of 4 if they can't afford to house another 2. Nah, it's fine, just bitch until someone else improves your avoidable circumstances for you. Class as a discussion is still valid in Britain, class as an excuse is just like any other excuse, a lazy way to avoid actually doing something.
