A measurement only acceptable for a narrow range of body types.Which also kind of fucks anyone with polynesian or sub-continental genetics from the outset. Particularly where non-white immigration is involved. Although it has been whumped at the polls recently, the avowedly anti-immigration & race-issue obsessed "New Zeland First" party still remains the third largest in their parliament.
