[GIG] GFN? Presents: Ska Trek + Random Hand + JB Conspiracy + Grown At Home @ The Tunnels

Recommended Posts

The tour has been getting rave reviews so far. Definitely one of the best line-ups we'll see this year. With Capdown calling it a day, there's no reason why The JB Conspiracy shouldn't claim their position as the biggest UK ska-punk band. Can't wait to see all three bands again. :D

Ha Ha Ha, the crappy ska related puns continues, no other genre on earth does this, the worst has to be the Glaswegian band, Skarsoles. At least this time its the promoters fault, not the bands

What next? The Ska-tologists, Ska-tmunchers (ta BH), The CAT Ska-nners, Skananananakroyd, Ska-nt Talent, fuck off already in the nicest possible way.

..eh, have a good tour, I'm off to listen to the Reggae Kray Experience

one night we spent about 5 hours writing ska puns on scottish ska sampler cds. has anyone got one of those cds? i want to here some of the crap written on them. my favourite was:

"Skandhi, what do you think of third wave ska?"

"I think it would be a good idea"

Due to circumstances which are of no fault of our own the ska trek gigs in Scotland have been cancelled. There was a mix-up with the gig in Arbroath and the bands couldn't come up for just one gig in Aberdeen. We're really sorry to disappoint people and trust us, we know how you feel!

We're getting another gig lined up to replace the show, the line-up at the moment looks something like:

The Hijacks

Escape to Victory

The Holy Folks

One True Onion (Onion Terror solo accoustic)

Rapunzel Wizard

and this shall be costing just 2 little pounds.

This line-up might change as we've just started putting it together this afternoon.

Thanks

Huge shame that the Ska Trek tour have cancelled their Northern Scotland legs.

At least it's been replaced with something else that's good!
