He and his buddy then overpowered their guards and injected Dr Kovach with some wierd drug, then tied him to a gurney.The tried to discretely walk out of the hospital but the blonde nurse slyly tipped off Abbie who tipped off the security guards. The criminal guys started shooting everybody, Jerry the fat guy got shot, the criminals bundled into a van outside where the blonde nurse's kid was tied up in the back.Inside, the Drs went to work on Jerry, and forgot about Dr Kovach, who was still tied to a gurney with a tube down his throat. It ended with Abbie going through to the next room to Kovach to get something, start bleeding "down below" and then collapse.
