dunno when the tickets go on sale but as far as the line up goes I'd say one of the headliners looks like being the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Their UK tour has been announced and there's a big gap the weekend of TITP and Oxygen festivals. Also, no Scottish dates in there - despite rumours of a hampden gig. Here's the announced dates -

June 30, Ipswich, Portman Road

July 2, Coventry, Ricoh Arena

July 3, Reading, Madjeski Stadium

July 5, Derby, Pride Park

July 6 , Sheffield, Don Valley

July 11 and 12 at Manchester, Evening News Arena

July 14, 15, 17 and 18, London, Earls Court Arena

tickets go on sale at 9am on the 17th. this friday.

efestivals.co.uk says

Tickets go on sale this coming Friday (Friday 17th February) at 9am, priced at £115 for the weekend with camping, and £97.50 with no camping. Day tickets are priced at £56.50 for each day. Note that only two tickets will be sold per order per person.

115 is a bit of a rip off when 3 day festivals are about the same price, or maybe just a tiny bit more.
