  1. Does it have an amplifier app? Or perhaps a synth app?
  2. Not sure if this book has been mentioned in this thread already but I'm currently re-reading Child 44 by Tom Rob Smith. It's a thriller set in cold war russia and it's fucking ace. are 2 word reviews acceptable on here? I can't be arsed writing any more.
  3. Y'alreet?, If anyone happens to have a Washburn Hawk, or Falcon, for sale. Then I'm interested. Cheers
  4. The Globe is OK for microwave pub grub. But they pissed me off when I asked if they could give me mince with my haggis neeps and tatties and they said I'd have to pay for mince and tatties and a haggis neeps and tatties. Dipshit microwave cunts.
  5. Woops! Also guilty. Who the fuck dredges up 3 year old haggis yarns?
  6. I reckon a hitler wank is definitely worth the extra wash of the hands. Especially when it's someone elses shower.
  7. The Athanaeum are doing a Burn's supper. I noticed the poster the other day. I can't remember the price but it's a 2 or 3 course set menu. I'd imagine there will be a vegetarian option too, but you'd have to check.
  8. The guy at the counter there once laughed at me when I asked if he had any Waitresses albums. Little did he know they're making a comeback this year.
  9. Cool, I'd rather not fork out the 160 and then be told I can't however. I reckon I'll just put it on hold until the start of next winter. By the time the planning permission comes through, my windows will be open practically all them time so no need for them just now. Cheers for the info though Chris, and thanks to everyone who made crap jokes about radio adverts and mid food cold calling. Double glazing.... Done.
  10. Cr Smith were round today and the guy was basically a total douche. He showed me a photo out of the blue of one of Thistles crap windows and said another company on my list were dodgy bastards. Don't think I'll bother getting them for a while now anyway because I can't get tilt and turn since I'm in a conservation area and sash windows are at least a grand more than tilt and turn in my case. At least I have windows in the meantime. Roll on new kitchen instead!
  11. I've read a shit tonne of bad reviews of Everest online. Anyone else had a good/bad experience with them?
  12. Yup, I figured there would be a fair amount of badmouthing involved. I had Thistle round on Friday but the quote was higher than I was expecting and they needed planning permission from the council which apparently costs 150ish and takes 4-5 months. I've got 5 other companies coming round on Wednesday including Bon Accord, so it'll be interesting to see if it was just one representative who was a cock or if it's the company as a whole.
  13. Yo, I'm thinking of replacing the double glazing in my flat. Does anyone have any worthwhile recommendations/horror stories etc. Best regards Me XX
  14. Aye there will be records at the hospital, Xrays etc. and the boabies are on the case to convict just now. doubt it'll even go to court as I'd assume the guy will plead guilty. Thanks for the CICA link, I believe they're the chaps I was told about before.
  15. Well, as I said, it was an assault.... But if I ever get my cock stuck in a toaster I'll know who to ask for info about where to claim.
  16. Yo, does anyone have any good advice regarding claiming compensation after an assault? e.g. how do you go about doing it, which company is good to use etc. Any advice would be much appreciated as this is something I've never had to do before.
  17. yeah, I never mentioned slaughterhouse 5 because I was listing books I've read fairly recently, although I never mentioned this. Slaughterhouse 5 is ace and although I've never actually bothered to finish it, so is breakfast of champions. As Richard says though, Vonnegut is pretty hit or miss. Oh, and the ass saw the angel is fucking mental. I didn't get it at all but some of caves writing was pretty ace in it.
  18. Kurt Vonnegut - bagombo snuff box Animal farm illustrated by ralph steadman Alex James - bit of a blur the physics of superheroes nick cave - the death of bunny munro Charles Bukowski - post office, ham on rye, factotum All ace as shit.
  19. Helium has a similar viscosity to methane. Yeah.
  20. I'm lookin for a really shit, unrealistic photo tattoo. Is there anywhere in aberdeen that can cater for my needs. I'm no artist, but I know what I like. PISS I'm well pished.
  21. Aye, I was planning on building one from scratch anyway. don't want to hack my crybaby to bits though incase I ever want to use it 'normally' again
  22. Still for sale. 150 or nearest offer. Cheers. I have photos now and can email them if you're interested.
