Hi Karel, thanks for the info, but I really want the Session as a Power amp. (I got one from someone) As I have one already, I'm going to use them as a Stereo power amp thing for slaving my Fender Super Champ, which is one of my favourite sounding amps, but is only 18 watts, hence the Slaving set up. I did this for a while in the eighties, & it gives you a MASSIVE tone, either clean or overdriven, & fed through a stereo processor for reverb / delay, Etc, it really gives you a Wide sound. I 've used the Palmer PDI-09 , (Cab simulated DI box), for many years,both live & recording, it gives a great sound. Although I see that Behringer / Peavey Etc, all do a version. The Palmer is available through Adam Hall. Check on the web.

For a band, currently working,(Pubs generally), doing reworks of older pop / Rock & current tunes. Experience preffered, but anyone regardless of age,(Young or Old), will be considered, if a "Natural" musical ability is evident. No time waiting for someone to "Catch up" Example Songs, range from, Small Faces /Kinks / The Move / Beatles / Free /Bowie /Weller / Stereophonics / Snow Patrol / Foo's / Razorlight. Basically, any "Good" song, regardless of genre. That's our remit. There must be someone out there, in a town this size?

If you swap the "Hot",wire & the groung wire for one of the picks ups, normally cures the problem. Although, it's not carved in stone, often other Issues are Involved, especially in Epiphone guitars.

One of your pick ups is out of phase with the other one. It can be rewired, (IE:two wires swapped round).

I have already contacted your pal, through E Bay, regarding his amp. I might be Interested. Have you played through this amp, any Issues with it, due to it's age?
