i used to have an american girlfriend, we had endless arguements about the gig/show thing, according to her a gig was going to see bon jovi at a stadium while a show was in a bar or DIY etc, i think everyone will agree that she had it the wrong way round.

i would just like to add here that i got in a fight with their singer. he headbutted me when i saw them in edinburgh because i was looking distinctly unimpressed by them and when he jumped into the crowd and knocked into me i shoved him away. which was when he headbutted me and then ran away. i confronted him about it outside and he tried to denigh it, if your going to do stuff like that. at least be like 'YEAH I DID SO WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT'. what happened to rock and roll?

people are fans because they already agree with the lyrics you idiot. people relate to music because they RELATE TO IT if you have anarchist opinions of course your going to end up listening to crass etc because they are talking about something you believe in and it makes you feel less alone. i, and almost everyone here has disagreed with almost every finate point you have made. you arent wrong, but you definately arent correct, face it.

regardless of our, or any other bands 'intentions' its up to the listener to make what they want though. to be honest if someone goes home after hearing wifebeater and beats their wife because of it. they are an asshole and probably would of done so anyway.

to cut it short. regardless of what it may look like, we litterally broke up days before this happened. we are just really pissed off this didnt happen round about the time we formed. sae la vie.

ok rite, im the wifebeater bass player and also one of the prime musicians of the band, ive kept quiet throught any of the forums talking about this band, because of wanting to keep jakes idea of keeping this band ambiguous of our place on our stance on our polotics on our actual beliefs. i have a beautiful girlfriend that i would give the world for. i have NEVER EVER rised my hand to a girl EVER. and never will. i love my mum more than anything and she would do anything for me ragradeless of how much she offers to help me out but i refuse due to my respect for her and the fact i want to keep my own way. this band was about pissing people off (im fairly sure we did that). what happened to when punk was suppost to make people angry discharge dont sing about neauclear aplocoplpse because they like it (along with endless amounts of bands that did similar things). i will go to court before i publicly retract my actions with wifebeater. but people should honestly SHUT THE FUCK UP. i dont care about your protests. you can all fucking die.
