He said that yeah they have had one complaint about the music but when the police came down they tested the noise levels an said the flats upstairs were probably just pushing there luck because it was new owners. No not really...thers a drum kit an a PA...i was in a couple of days ago an there was other things there too...amp, bass & keyboard but im not sure who they belonged to...il find out... Celler 35 is open to suggestions...not wantin any hard house face munchers in the place drinking water... Strictly live bands...no dj's... Just waitin to hear back about a sound engineer but once thats sorted im ready to do the first Merkin Music night... Cheers Gemz Buzzin with the responce...

No Celler 35 is underground so loads of steps to get down...i can give good backies tho... Celler 35 is free to hire...all thats asked is 10% of your takings at the door an of course we want you to fill the place. Il find out about the noise curfew tomorrow. Gemma 8-)

After meeting up with some Events Organisers last week i have decided to take on some more bands. Completely different styles etc Jazz, Soul, Blues, Quartets to supply to big corporate events. They contacted me after the story in the paper an said they are keen to start using local bands. If you can think of anyone give me a shout. Yip i really apprieciate what Dave from Celler 35 is doing. More music venues the better. He is tryin to get away from the private function thing all together. Unfortunatly there is no stage at the mo...he is looking into that an possibly a new PA in the future. Can anyone advice any good bands to get down? Kashmir Red were playing last weekend and the atmosphere was meant to be really good... Cheers Gemma 8-)

Moorings - Great sound - The last time i was in there i got loads of cheek from 'ThE LoCaLs' serious cheeky bastards. When i go into town i purposly go to places you just dont get bullshit like that. Moorings was the last place i thought would be like that. Im a Drummonds girl! Gemz 8-)

Off topic a bit here... My bf's nephew was out last night trick or treating in Cove...he is only 7...he was out with his next door neighbour who is a 1st year (not sure how old that is) Anyways the wee man comes runnin home cryin an stuff coz he just seen the older boys gettin a hiding for there sweets... Its terrible...poor wee boy has never seen anythin like that in his life...what a shame...
