  3. Yes definately. There would be no stopping me getting to this gig if it was put on. It would be ska brilliance.
  4. http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-1187001,00.html TV presenter Richard Whiteley has died in hospital from a heart operation. The star of Countdown, aged 61, underwent the surgery to combat an infection that attacked a valve in his heart. He was taken into hospital in Leeds last month suffering from pneumonia. Whiteley had been the host of Countdown since it began more than 20 years ago. He was the first face on Channel 4 when the station launched in 1982. When he was taken ill last month, he missed the first show in more than two decades. Thats crazyness. Definately the end of an era. RIP that man.
  5. And there you go, thats how it's supposed to be done. Really like the look of that keilan.
  6. Well watching the england game i have been very bored so decided to throw together a cd cover. Inspired by the guy who mentioned skulls this is what i came up with.
  7. Excuse my ignorance but could anyone of you kind people who have bought kerrang tell me when the actual date is for Reel big fish in moshulu? Flogging Molly, and Reel Big Fish in moshulu. Now thats just the bollocks.
  8. Ach come on now' date=' lovenkrands is anything but a cheat. I mean this incident for example...... [img']http://www.mopsquad.com/artman/uploads/_40546861_thompsonbutt203.jpg Poor lad getting assaulted like that by that bad man Alan Thompson.
  9. woohoo final confirmation. This is gonnae be one hell of a gig. nice work ross.
  10. Just for the record i thought the 44s were immense last night. Probably the best time i've seen them. First time seeing jesse james and thought they were pretty good aswell, not quite as good as the 44s but then you can't win them all. First time seeing normans fetish in a while, they were ok, seemed like something was missing though. They didn't have the same 'something' that they had when i saw them a couple of times before. Although that could be due to the fact i was already drunk by then.
  11. OOH I have. here was me thinking i was the only one, after all it was just me . . and my hand.

  13. Looking forward to this gig, Can't really get enough of the 44s and i prefer them in kef as oppose to moshulu.
  14. Never been to a festival abroad before either. Have a few friends that went to roskilde in Denmark and they really enjoyed it. A few of us are thinking about doing a German one around about the time of the worldcup next year. could be fun.
  15. Was thinking about heading down for this one. Really like their stuff. Could definately get a good skank going to these lads.
  16. I would go!!! Went all the way down to sunny nottingham to see them in november at rock city. They were amazing. Be seeing The dropkicks in the same place on sunday. How about getting them up aswell sometime? Worth a try! Anyway yeah i know plenty of people that would come see flogging molly.
  17. Ach was going to go to this, turns out all my friends are scum! well when i say scum they are actually just scared of getting their lil handies cold. So yeah, scum!
  18. wahey i'll be there for sure. Not heard much Jesse James, look forward to hearing them from the couple of sings i have heard. The 44s, well i absolutely love this band. *skanks* Normans fetish have always put on a good gig when i've seen them.

  21. Yup i do realise that, was just letting people see what nme and virtualfestivals are saying.
  22. According to Virtualfestivals.com download could well be a 3 day event this year with the friday being more indy orientated. http://www.virtualfestivals.com/festivals/article.cfm?articleid=1597 It also claims that black sabbath could well be headlining the saturday, which is to ne known as the ozzfest days and ozzy himself will be choosing the bands. http://www.virtualfestivals.com/festivals/article.cfm?articleid=1596 Also according to nme today the line up will include Ozzy Osbourne/Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Velvet Revolver, Garbage, System Of A Down, Marilyn Manson, Slayer, Slipknot, Blink-182, Feeder, Weezer, Prodigy. It also confirmed that it will become a 3-day festival, with the friday being more of an Indie day with Prodigy, Garbage, Weezer and Feeder playing that day. Dunno about everyone else but i would actually be happy with that. I prefer 3 day festivals and Black Sabbath woooo!
  23. 1. Family Guy 2. South Park 3. The Simpsons 4. The Thunder Thunder Thunder Thundercats 5. Batfink
  24. Quite fancy a european festival. Would have been tempted to go to this one, the weekend before download festival isn't it? Then the weekend after download is green day at milton keynes. Think i'll have to give germany a miss this year. Anybody been to any other european festivals, heard good things about roskilde in denmark.
