  2. fair enough you don't like post-infinity land biffy very much...but 'terrible' is slightly harsh isn't it? anyhoo - the new song is quality
  3. ??? whilst im here..running order is as on the poster and first band (iname) will be on 8:30-8:45 ish...

  6. is there a myspace i can message you over, it is generally easyer that way i find. MySpace.com - iname - Aberdeen, UK - Alternative - www.myspace.com/inamemusic need to act fairly quickly...there are a couple other bands that may get in there first otherwise. Yeah i went to ellon academy...
  7. cracking gig all round - everyone here seemed to be really nice and good banter. Thanks fot nice comments dude katerwaul were lush and tdty were very very impressive. anyone besides dave going to balcony bar in dundee tonight?
  8. well if you confirm then we will pretty much have a line-up of 3 bands sorted...a 4th would be preferable.

  10. Hello I'm putting on a gig at drummonds on june 23rd...yes it is getting rather late in the day however exam stuff recently has put this on hold till now. Anyway, iname will be opening. Looking for similar style bands (if possible) to complete the line up. any takers?
  11. Everyone maons about the aberdeen seagulls, but i really like them! They have cool endearing faces, and are really canny dudes. Go Aberdeen seagulls!!
  12. sorry but...the singer is really bad! Sounds like morrisey trying to put on a dodgy stereotypical scottish accent from the family ness.
  13. I really liked whitmore...robb's voice wasn't great, but they were really good live. i also like mixtwitch, but never saw them live. also enjoyed: solabeat alliance/ spankboy graveltrap king prawn sonic boom six farse m'eh.
  14. should be a good gig cheers to dave for having us. ps - in the poster it says 'iNAME', like ipods.. althugh it is actually just pronounced iname
  15. In respose to frank attending eton etc - he got nto eton on a schloraship. He's always been very chatty and nice when i've met him and happy to sit and talk and answer questions he's heard a billion times on tour. decent bloke.
  16. It was good. I enjoyed all of the local supports especially level 4. I didn't really like soft toy emergency. They were tight and performed well with engery, but every song was the same (quirky upstroke guitar and pretty annoying keyboards with typical drumming)
  17. Fair enough, it is our first effort. I hope perhaps that is you come along on the 28th our other songs can change your mind? cheers for listening though
  18. it is a bit murky in places i agree, we recorded it live into a minidisk player at practise We are playing at cafe drummond on april 28th. more details of the gig to follow shortly
  19. update - if any of you are interested they havea new song get up on their myspace, which is really good and pretty old school. Then underneath that song is a fairly average pop effort. hmmmm....
