ok... in response to a few people on here. "angel o' death," ALex from atreyu aint miming the singing bits...you see the drummer singing them but Alex is just singing along in the video...like he does when they play live he mouths the words...just like i do when someone else in my band sings or screams...like alot of frontmen do! In the atreyu video, they arent trying to pass alex off as singing the melodic parts. I think its obvious to be honest. Jim (new disorder,) what is your problem with everything GOOD musically nowadays. Basically it seems to me that if something is pretty good then you dont like it. Its sad man. What do you listen to nowadays: Death threat and stretch armstrong?? Nothin personal...just what i see really. Dan: Views are spot on about BFMV. Mac does have a point. It sucks. what does pull though? I mean even the skate/pop/ska bands that used to pack out lave/kef/glow dont pull like they used to IN ABERDEEN. It seems that people split themselves so far down into genres of what they like that they only go to a very limited amount of shows. I think these people are denying themselves what they want to like or REALLY like in alot of cases. Its quite sad. I mean...in January we have an amazing show coming up at Kef. Two bands i LOVE, underoath and roses are red are playing along with a band i really quite like, silverstein and also a pretty big UK band, the hurt process. All at one show. That bill is pretty much modern day post hardcore heaven. Ill be VERY suprised if it does 200...100 even actually. Glasgow...it will sell out or be upgraded...mark my words. Its sad. I still love thursday...and I think they went in an opposite way sort of...I think they kinda got better through their career... I love the new record...but I don't listen to it as much as full collapse...but musically...they are a much bigger, better, and tighter band on war all the time... In my opinion anyways...
