  1. I've been convinced for a long time that there was something seriously mentally wrong with Michael Jackson.

I've been unable to decide wether it was a product of his childhood, and that he really believed he was an 8 year old boy, or he was just a Paedophile grooming young kids.

Unless someone can show that this trial was fixed, I'm happy to now believe

    A) - poor guy, mistreated as a kid, causing no harm in the greater scheme of things, just needs some help to distance himself from hangers on and to start living an adult life.

  2. I was arrested, cautioned and thrown out of Bristol University for drunkenly uprooting a baby tree and jousting my friend with it.

It was most amusing until I discovered that the tree was infact a wild pear tree the university had shipped over from Austrailia and was 1 of 3 in the whole country, the other two being at kew gardens and hillier arboretium wherever that is.

I also stole the main University sign, which was cast iron and 3' x 6' big and required two of us to carry, I never got caught for that though.

  3. my old beast is primed and needs a proper spray job.this may be a daft question but is this hard to do decently with zero experience?! i'm tempted' date=' but wary.also, if i get it done professionally or as a homer by someone, whats a decent price?

    cheers folks.[/quote']

don't even think about doing it yourself.

Best bet is to find someone who has the equipment to do it as a homer. If you know them 300 is reasonable if they are going to do a good job...

  4. anti-bush=ant american=people who fundamentally fund your club dipshit

An interesting concept. But if whoever left me this comment could try and explain there reasoning I'd be interested to see it.

Personally I don't see the connection between thinking that the war in Iraq is a monumental waste of money and human life makes me anti american. And further more is an attack on 'the people who fund my club'

But anyway, the dipshit part hit right home.

  5. For someone so old, you are pretty niave(sp)

Ouch that stings, I'm 27. And you're spelling is just fine

all these things still exist in one way or another. there is still sexism, racism and slavery all over the world and even on this fair isle.

Yes there is, but even you with your Jaded view of the world can't argue that things are not much better now than they were, due directly to people who care getting off the arses and doing something about it, instead of just whining that 'nothing will ever change, whats the point, I might as just sit here and scratch my balls all day'.

and not everyone gets free healthcare what the fuck do you think you pay national insurance and taxes for you pillock.

What you mean the Nurses and Doctors get Paid? Of course I know that taxes are used to pay for the NHS, the point I was trying to make you pedantic cunt, is that it's Free at the point of delivery (mostly) this means that when you manage to seriously injure yourself, you are going to get it fixed free of charge at that time. Paid for by people who pay more in tax than you do.

Newsflash - It wasn't always like this, and still isn't in the vast majority of countries, America for example. I was using this as an example of a way in which people who cared about an issue got something accomplished, rather than just whining that 'nothing will ever change so whats the point'.

All the things you mentioned above are parts of human nature and will never completely cease to exist.

Yes, but you can either try and be part of the soloution or part of the apathetic masses that accomplish nothing, all the while bending over and taking it like a good little drone.

Anyway, i'm bored of this arguement, get off your moral high horse and as long as you can say you've lived your life in a just and true manor the world is one good person better off.

I fail to see how a hope that over time, and slowly but surely, one step at a time, things will get better puts me on a moral high horse.

  6. At the end of the day the world is always gonna be filled with wars and squabbles because by nature humans are greedy and intolerent. The sooner you grow up and realise that the better. A bunch of moaning cunts complaining about the reasons why a war happened is not gonna change the world. The only thing that will would be to rid the world of the human race.

    Get over it!!!!

Yeah and Black people will never get to sit on the front of a bus, Slavery will never be abolished, we'll never have free healthcare for all, and Women will never get to vote either.

    Get over it!!!!

  7. Yeah' date=' but really, how much do they ACTUALLY care? They're dead.

I say protect the WEST. We're bastards, but we're my kind of brand of bastards.[/quote']

I think you will find that their Mums, Dads, Sisters, Husbands, Wives, Sons and Daughters who are still alive care.

Which is where the whole next generation of terrorism will come from. Protecting the west is probably easier to accomplish if you look at the reasons why people hate us, rather than just trying to bomb them all into submission, History shows that that is not usually the best way of accomplishing a safe and peaceful world.

  8. Good point' date=' it's particularly apt given that today the uzbekistan government was shooting protesters - and thats a government that the UK and the USA approve of and assist - the UK ambassador to uzbekistan resigned last year because of the human rights abuses in that country and the tacit support the UK was giving to it.

Funny how george bush isnt going on a photo shoot and making statements about how he is "with the uzbek people" in their "quest for freedom" as he has been doing this week in the balkans and ex-soviet states.[/quote']

I think you will find that there is a hell of a lot of oil in Uzbekhistan compared to most of the other Balkan states.............

  9. Saddam himself was enough of a weapon of mass destruction' date=' if you don't believe that you are ignorant. He signed more death warrants and caused more deaths than the hiroshima atom bomb.[/quote']

He was in power solely because America and the UK wanted him in power. He used chemical weapons, (supplied by the US) on his own people, with the direct approval of both the US and the UK. See the photo's of Donald Rumsfeld in Iraq in the early eighties shaking hands with Saddam, just after he used chemical weapons on the kurds.

Whilst by no means the greatest country for human rights, Iraq under Saddam Hussein was far better than many other tin pot dictatorships encouraged and condoned by the west.

I'm all for the 'West' helping to 'liberate' oppressed people, but how about we start at the bottom and work up. Guess what though, the African countries have no oil, and Saudi Arabia is in bed with Bushco.

Making rich Republicans even richer, at the expense of real peoples lives is not the way forward. If you believe that this war had to do with anything other than Oil and a personal vendetta by the monkey in Chief of the USA, it's you who are ignorant. And if you believe that British and American soldiers should be dying daily in Iraq, for a pointless and unjustifiable war, then I suggest you go down to the recruiting office tomorrow and join them.

No one will ever argue that Saddam Hussien was an upstanding member of the world community, but to suggest that he was the worst and deserving of 'regime change' first is completely and absolutely ludicrous.

  10. I do that. It never works though.

I've recently been trying to make it look like I'm about to screech to a halt' date=' but I've yet to perfect that one. I think I would need a car with considerably better acceleration than a Fiesta to pull it off properly, otherwise they probably WOULD actually smash through my window.[/quote']

the trick is to let them get really close and then stick on your rear fog lights, the couple of seconds while they think it's your brake lights is priceless to watch in your rear view mirror.

Alternatively, keep accelerating and just dab the brakes with your left foot works too...

  11. So to recap,

two girls dancing like lesbians, one of who had a vibrator shoved up her bum.... Now where are those CCTV tapes?

    More importantly,

tuna should always be in brine, not oil. Unless it's for my cat, who prefers it in spring water. He will eat it in brine but I suspect it's not good for him, all the salt and whatnot. If I try to give him tuna in olive oil he looks at me like I suggested shaving him for summer.

  12. I think you`ll also find that there isn`t as large a "proper metal" market in Aberdeen as people believe.

And when we do try and put on something a bit more 'extreme' to cater to those people who are asking for something, each person complains that because we aren't restricting the playlist to 2 obscure sewdish Grindeathextremecore metal they won't go because thats all they could ever possible listen to.

If you want the absolutely perfect set for you, stay in your room and mess about on winamp, because whoever you are there is only one other person who agrees that is the perfect set ..... You.

  13. Yes, it was me that banned you, and you are more than well aware of why you were banned.

I attempted to spare your embarrasment in front of your friends by refraining from explaining why you were banned in front of them.

In the extremely unlikely event you actually are unsure as to why you were banned, please contact me and I will explain in private.

    Thankyou

  14. Shut it Goldfish boy

3000 on recording but you still cant polish a shit :ding:

It was actually only about 800 Mr Hog... but money we got from gigs paid for most of it.

You're thinking of element 106 - who spent thousands at the mill, for it to not even be released! ;)

  15. payment for advertising

paying bar staff' date=' bouncers et al

there are a lot of costs which have to be paid out in order to host something like this, and moshulu isn't some huge corporate enterprise which could waive the costs and it not make a difference.[/quote']

    Thankyou,

while we are going to be scrupulous about ensuring ALL profits go to charity, I think its fair we cover staff costs, advertising etc.

If we wanted to make a donation we would have just sent a cheque.
