they should hopefully be playing at the moorings on july 24th... a way off i know not sure about anything else though...

yeah it sucked when they split cos i just started to get into them i saw them at the festival a few years back... pretty cool glad i got to see them before they split there will always be a place for fenix tx in my cd wallet

i'd just like it if people appreciated musicians with real talent i dont care what the music sounds like people who like pop music bad mouth rock/punk/metal etc. just like what people in this thread are doing it works both ways people always asked me why i liked 'shouty music'... and i'd always get shit for it did they take the time to listen to it.. no anyway the point is there is no point i'm tired of arguing about this aus.

*eats ben* i personally dont think much of the new album but the other ones i like muchly seen them twice they're not the worst band. nope nope. quite clearly not. if they were they wouldnt have sold any records or sold out and shows... but then an opinion is just an opinion and in my opinion all your opinions suck

ok well how many bands do you see on programmes like totps, cd:uk etc. (and tv in general) how many major labels and people with money and power support real live music and real UK bands and how many pop groups and stuff do you see flying up the charts and being splashed all over every paper and magazine - then suddenly there's arena tours... then they're presenting some crappy kids programme... but anyway record companies spend money on pop shit because it's easy to market and people lap it up just like any fashion trend - it comes, it makes it's money, then it leaves but why really just...why?

a stick or perhaps a good sized metal pole would do the trick no but seriously i wasnt saying that it licks balls because of the music what i'm saying is that pop music is bad because a lot of it exists purely for fame and fortune - which is wrong fair enough some pop artists (or artists who would be pigeon-holed in the pop category) do have some actual talent however some people are only in it for the bling and that's just not right
