I liked Morning View and the albums before it but the latest one was piss. Bet their next one will be ace.
-
That's going really well, I heard. They're even thinking of bringing down the Berlin Wall!
-
Well I told you, 30degree with reduced spin but what did you do!? 60 on rinse hold!!!!
-
i have been praying they do this for years... fingers crossed
i was wandering how they could write in any new stories for 7-9 with all the books out there' date=' and how they would include Jacen and Jania, and everythign else that has happened in all the books, hopefully they will take the hint and just use three of the best

I quite liked the Jedi Academy series. Or maybe they'll do like a Young Indy with the Han Trilogy, they're not bad either! THERE'S SO MANY POSSIBILITIES!!!!
-
...says Radio 1 ten seconds ago....
And Pixies.
-
That would be almost impossible to do, there's so many books that follow on from the events of Jedi, fitting it into the time line would be pretty hard. Plus everyone's really old...
I heard something about a TV series actually...
-
Yep yep!
Ep 1 - A Phatom Menance
Ep 2 - Attack Of The Clones
Ep 3 - Revenge Of The Sith (the new one!)
Ep 4 - A New Hope
Ep 5 - The Empire Strikes Back
Ep 6 - Return Of The Jedi
Huh, when you put it together like that, does run good. I wish there had been one that focused on how shit it was under the Empire and the Rebelion forming though...

With a 20 minute space battle to open the film and a 15 minute Obi Wan/Anakin light saber battle.......you think that's gonna SUCK?!??!?!
-
Now that's what everyone says and it pisses me off. So what if the last two weren't as good as the originals, was anyone expecting them to be?! COULD they have been?!
Either way, it's the last time you'll be able to get excited about a new Star Wars film and I intend to.
-
i know how you feel' date=' its pains to me see these crappy remakes, i hate when yankes do that. they steel old films from other countrys remake them and what even more worse than that is when they change the story line or the characters or the plott i despise it so much. Also the worse thingd they can do is make a sequel or even more worse a trillogy aahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh[/quote']
And comedy shows, like Men Behaving Badly, Red Dwarf etc etc... Bets their version of the Office will suck. Did you ever see Rosanne when Jennifer Saunders and Joanna Lumly were in it doing Ab Fab? Rosanne tried to play up to it and was pityful. The audience lapped it up of course...

I'm suddenly hooked to the KT Tunstall boards - everyone is so happy and cheery and noone tends to have a bad word to say to each other at all. Accept when Dido or Anastasia fans come pokin' their pesky noises about...
-
Yeah, or start pissing people off. You'd at least win SOMETHING!

i thought it was funny
i think some people thought he was being serious
If that's him joking, I'd hate to see him serious!

I just had another memory....Mark Nicol undressing me in the name of 'cool'....
-
My ever lasting memory of that would have be Brian saying '...and James will be handing out the awards to the winners', me then looking at James seeing him holding a tray and thinking 'hmm, handing them awards on trays, very posh' to then go up for the first award for 'Most Missed' for Wibble.....to be given the actual tray as the award!!!
Although to be honest, I thought they worked quite well as awards, especially compared to the rubber ducks of last year. Although I still think the gold bricks were the best.....
EDIT: The other ace thing about last night was finally, after about 8 or 9 months, hearing my jingle being played very loudly at an actual Fudge Night. I was most proud

Did the Lemon Tree receive a promo pack prior to this gig? And if so, and it's still lying about, do you still want it or would you be willing to give it away to the first person that enquired about it....?

There's a guy I know was twelve. Fucking ridiculous.
...but the rest of his stay on the Neverland Ranch was fun packed!

In the Odeon cinema on Justice Mill lane. The film was crap as I remember...
Not for everyone else....!

Hows this for an idea to encourage people to dress up for the Awards: a Fudge King and Queen voted for on the night!
In a Shag Tag-stylee manner, anyone who wants to enter on the night gets a badge with a number on it at the start of the night with everyone getting handed a voting ticket. You go about the Awards eyeing up all the nicely dressed people and then vote for one lass and one guy on your slip and put it in a box up until, say, the start of the second half of the Awards bit. Someone then furiously goes through the slips and adds them up so that it can be announced as one of the last Awards. Some kind of throne could be errected, say, in the bit between the sound desk and the fire exit so the winners can get a prime view of the last band with maybe a bottle of that cheap 2.99 champagne Fudge likes so much and maybe some nibbles. Oh and crowns of course!
Or something......?

I always thought Nirvana didn't get quite get as much commercial success they deserved...
Seriously though, I'm totally not going to buck the trend and say earthtone9, Kerbdog, Cable, Will Haven and I'm also gonna add Human Waste Project into the pot - loved them when I was a nipper.
I managed to catch on of the Kerbdog shows in Dublin earlier this year - it was ACE!!! They were a bit ropey, tbh but they seemed to have a good time, as did the crowd. Suprisingly, the gig in Belfast at the beginning of April and that was a lot smaller a venue. Was gonna go over for it but couldn't afford it in the end. I email Cormac about getting them over to Scotland to play some gigs cos there seemed to be some interest in Edinburgh also but he never got back to me.
