M.A.R.T Posted October 10, 2004 Report Share Posted October 10, 2004 ive heard when bands "split up" then reform without said person is a good method.i also knew a band that phoned up the guy they wanted out of the band and told him they were leaving. like indevidually one after the other....then they formed another band without the guy.then there is the blatant lie ones....where you make up the reason so you seam less harsh....such as "you drink too much" or "you are too young".but to be honest.....i'd say there is nothing better than just being honest with the person and hopefully they will learn from the reasons you give.
