Opaque

here's a bit of info nd some links to check out.....

England has this habit of throwing up bands that love to cross the boundry of rock and noise. The Who's end-of-set destruction, Pink Floyd's pre-fame feedback layering at parties and "happenings", punk rock...and Opaque. Opaque tend more towards the Noise end, since by rights their not really a rock band. But by using guitars and effects, as well as the occasional drums, drumachine, and other sounds they deem necessary, Opaque could very well lean in any direction they choose. They have an abundance of releases and play and tour regularly. Honest hard working lads.

Well I never brought earplugs or flowers... But I had an enjoyable night of sonic booms, post and krautrock.

I liked the masked faces on stage. Very art punk meets cowboy. However its not as if we didnt recognise them in the audience. Nice to see Opaque mildly moshing in unison to Sidca as well,
