The Who's end-of-set destruction, Pink Floyd's pre-fame feedback layering at parties and "happenings", punk rock...and Opaque. Opaque tend more towards the Noise end, since by rights their not really a rock band. But by using guitars and effects, as well as the occasional drums, drumachine, and other sounds they deem necessary, Opaque could very well lean in any direction they choose. They have an abundance of releases and play and tour regularly. But I had an enjoyable night of sonic booms, post and krautrock.I liked the masked faces on stage. Very art punk meets cowboy. However its not as if we didnt recognise them in the audience.
