right good noise. out of interest who did the artwork?, It's right good- reminds me of that really obscure comic artist Al Columbia.
-
I like the new one. It's been bothering me who you lot reminded me of but it's just popped into my head, that sub-pop band seaweed.
Jist thought I'd share that.

I've just put some ideas on soundcloud. I'm not telling what tuning I'm using. I also know a bass player who's interested but we don't get along.

International local band want members to schedule meetup for jams. It is essential that the arrangements are made puntually and imperative that the players do not in fact meet eachother.
We want to create the greatest of the great bands that almost never were.
You will be open minded but we are willing to allow such open-mindedness to be just a gossamer thin veil over what is just a list of your 3 favourite artists in your mind.
As age is irrelevant to musical aptitude we ask that over 25s be prepared to sign a contract to have themselves expired before 30 in whatever scenario the band finds fitting at the time.
Only drunken 4 am replies made on your one day off work while the wife n kids is are sleping, and you are entertaining thoughts of materialising those musical dreams washed onto your younger brain when you were too young to have objective grasps at reality, will be accepted.
I'd be up for this. Do you have a logo design? I can only commit to a logo that I like. I can't tell you what kind of logo I would like though. Also I can only practice when I'm offshore. I like shellac, Blazin' squad and R.Kelly. I play barry-tone guitar and H.A.R.P.
PM me. I won't read it.

We might have a bass player on board for this- see fit like. Also I've been trying to make a space type song to fit in with the night...kicking it about- got a drum beat, got the chords - yet to combine them....

Yes, every gig should have every band play, regardless of genre. Fascists.
zactly min. It's like something the nazi's would do.

I agree with Harrison Ford above. It's really nae my thing but the spooky/delayed guitars sound good then the dirty tone comes in and it kind of jars a bit. I do like the drum sound though and the bass sounds okay to me.
This is well Aberdeeny sounding. Totes fat hippy stuff.
Good luck!

been listening this a lot tonight- really good. I really liked the first record but this new one is a belter, love that loose lips sink ships song- get a link up soon for a CD- I bought the first album off e-music and then my computer died- CD's rule.
Go and play Aberdeen sometime.

I'm assuming because the equipment available at a University Student Radio studio isn't high-end enough to entirely avoid that situation and staffing limitations which again, im assuming, don't allow for a dedicated producer don't help matters either.
It was entirely listenable and enjoyable.
Aye, this is the first time I've listened to it. What with all the reminders on facebook. was nae bad, liked hearing wall chat. cupboard problem probably just adds to the charm I suppose. i'm out of the demographic anyhows.
-
why is one of the hosts in a cupboard?
-
is this like an indie/dance thing? because you seem to missing a heap of good stuff fae Aberdeen from the "heavy" and not fitting into categories sectors.
-
we played the Mosset in forres a long time ago too. worth a shout maybe?
sounds good, anywhere rural/ nae Aberdeen go's on the list. Central belt is too stabby- I'm taking it to the people!

More dirge. Gearing up for the next gig.

Flanagan's Bar in Elgin is a good wee venue. About the same size as cellar IIRC. Saw Bisongrass there not too long ago, but was completely and utterly minced so can remember precious little about the whole affair. Good setup and good sound though. HateEvent should be able to point you towards the booking folks there.
xx
cheers min, think that was on my list- was just typing "loud band Elgin Pub" into Google and seeing what videos I found. Will keep diggin'.

Cheers min, that looks good. I'm just going to have to go on a night on the piss in Elgin. Research of course...

respect to that chap. I knew him as Idlewild. Or was it something else. He had it down. Tried to pay sidca v.3 for a poor show- we haggled him down a bit on the amount. More of that kind of attitude would be excellent.
