Pretty sure ASDA pays all their staff the same wage regardless of age. Potentially so do Tesco and Sainsbury's, but I'm not sure.

I could understand 16-18 year olds getting less pay than 18+ because they're probably living at home etc. 18-21 year olds often have to pay rent and stuff so it would make more sense for them to get a similar medium wage to 21+. Just seems like that step doesn't really need to exist.

I wouldn't say it's unfair, just think it maybe needs changed.
