well sad to see another adeen band end, i remember seeing you for the first time about 8 years ago at exodus in a battle of the bands with Then Came Music (WHO ALSO SADLY ENDED!). and although i`m not a metal fan, i really enjoyed the set, (but at the time couldnt actually admit that i enjoyed it!) all the best with whatever the future holds.

i think they would be better off just sitting on a bit of cardboard on union street with a sign saying, `please help me, i`m a student, give kindly` i mean they probably get more shit than the beggars do, but i honestly prefer the beggars because when you say NO, at least they always say `have a nice day/night` and they dont chase you down the street either!!!

whens doc watson playing again? keep missing him but really enjoy the stuff i`ve heard from him.

probably another unpopular comment but in MY opinion RATM are overrated, i have a few mates who love them but apart from a couple of songs which sound VERY similar, they are very average. although killing in the name, was shit hot live

Gay Dad? only kidding yeah agree about mansun though. Brakes (amazing live, and they make you happy when you listen to them) should be huge imo, however probably suited to playing small venues.

agree about Gerry Jablonski local legend! steven milne also (saw him doing an open mic with katie green, was superb!) really enjoy it when bands who dont and sometimes maybe shouldnt do acoustic give it a go.

i have just read all the posts up until now!!! what a waste of 5 minutes! im totally amazed that some guys on here can spend so much time taking the piss out of someone that is just trying to sell his band and his band night at the lemon tree, and in doing so also getting bands from aberdeen some stage time, which hasnt been easy to do lately (due to number of bands on the go and such little number of venues available) i personally have never seen the underkills play yet, but i admire the work there doing to get themselves noticed on the aberdeen scene, it takes a lot of time and generally a lot of money too.

i kinda agree about muse, however the live show is there bread and butter and it would be hard to argue with that (a million lasers or not). dont think the ting tings and scouting for girls can be classed as overrated can they? just a couple of bands who are loved by kids (in the same mould as bob the builder). - The Kooks - Hard fi - Kaiser Cheifs - Pink Floyd (just cant get it at all?) iv tried so hard! - Bon Jovi - Led Zeppelin (i actually really like them but, not the greatest rock band ever etc. some amazing songs but, also some very below average ones too)
