Good side, that. I'd perhaps be tempted to try and fit Cato Guntveit
He lived next door to my folks, bloody nice chap. Thomas Solberg lived closeby as well and they were incredibly professional off the park. Took their football and careers very seriously and some of the other players could have taken a leaf out of their book. Yes Derek Whyte, I like seeing you swanning about in bars after games and making smart arsed remarks about the Dons.

I think the new ones sound excellent. Her Charms is frantic and the sum of its parts make it a really interesting song.
A very distinctive Marionettes sound to both of them and I liked Jon's comment about sticking to this.

I'm sure other Vegas hotels cater for "roastings" as well.

Not exactly today, but recently, I learned that in the 1860s there were plans for Aberdeen to have an 'inner' circular railway called the 'Circumbendibus'.......honest! It was supposed to go from Kittybrewster via Rosemount to Hamilton Plave, Forest Ave etc before joining the Deeside line at Holburn St. The tracks were planned to be 'sunk' in channels, so as not to disturb the views around the better-off areas.
I think there used to be some major railway lines that led down to the harbour as well? I remember seeing an old photo and there were about 7 or 8 tracks converging at a station on the seafront. Obviously not there now but sort of thing you see in a picture and get a surprise something like that was there in the first place.

This is tomorrow evening! We have tickets and they are actually made of gold dust. Get in touch for one.

Agreed, plus Ben's turns in Chasing Amy, Dogma and Mallrats.
Bear in mind that Affleck was the bomb in Phantoms.

The guy at Sky who decided to take Sky Sports News off freeview. It's doing my head in.
I completely agree.
In fact, I'd like to punch Jim White for being an utter cock and also due to the fact he was in the adverts reminding me that Sky Sports News was being taken off freeview.

Pet hate: my girlfriend doesn't have a working computer so she always goes on mine when she's at my house to check her e-mails and that. So as she's typing the websites she wants to go to, all the rude stuff I look at appears and she enquires: "why have you been looking at nude photos of (such and such)?" In a tone I do not approve of. I've had enough of it. Its like an invasion of my privacy and I have to keep deleting my history.
It was always much easier just having to find a safe hiding place for your mags, technology has gone and fucked everything up.

Sweep the Leg Johnny.
I was going to put this up anyway but even more fitting with all the previous posts.

Superb! Saw them at The Wickerman Festival this year and they were well good. A band with a ridiculous amount of energy.

Absolutely nuts, I hope he gets paid in blow jobs.
I watched a TV show about this French bloke called Alain Robert who climbs the world's tallest buildings. This video has him going up the Petronas Towers:

It should also be noted he has epilepsy.

good call but i'd still say Pullis pips it.
I prefer tracksuit/casual managers I think, they seem more hands on. O'neil wore studs for fuck sake, like he was gonna give himself a game. A suit makes you look more managerial but you're one of the lads if you go casual. I get nostalgic for monogrammed knee-length umbro shell jackets. Like the dirty ball, they seem to have almost vanished from modern football.
Brian Clough and his green jersey was a good one for this, proper attire. I think it had something to do with reminding Peter Shilton (who played in green) who the real number one was at Notts Forest.
Steven Pressley wore a fucking scarf last time they played at Pittodrie. Not only is he a twat, he's a twat who looked like Biggles.

The following quote from this "car" website Please Help: Need VW specialist near Stirling, Scotland - VW AUDI Forum - VWAF:
"Do you own a VAG related repair business? - Do you own a Company that offers components for VAG related vehicles? - Would you like to support & sponsor or advertise on one of the largest UK based VAG Group enthusiast sites?"- 1

Best Rangers fan ever! ... YouTube - ShogunIllEmperor's Channel
I just came across this guy trying to look for a video where a Scottish manager hits a journalist during an interview, I have a vague recollection of it happening but can't remember who it was. Any ideas?
Try Jim McLean punching John Barnes (no, not that John Barnes).
"I FUCKING TOLD YOU NO TO ASK ME THAT!"

The Death Match - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The film Escape to Victory was based around this game. I particularly like the last paragraph in the section titled "The match".
