I play through the Peavey 6505 and just use the gain off that. Then smooth out the sound with the MXR EQ pedal! Great for in your face metal!

Aye! It was cancelled due to the Terror attacks. The Inverness one went ahead. Which was awsome! Alot better than I was expecting. partly because of the venue. Its a fantastic place for bands to play. Good size and great stage.

For the small amount of time I've had a chance to use it, its been great! Like I said I dont have a cab yet, so haven't had a chance to tweak it properly. But so far so good! Its got more gain than you'll ever need. It replaced a Marshall valvestate which is muck for the style I play!

I've pretty much bought a whole new setup in the last 9-10 months! Which is 1 Schecter Damian 7 string. 1 Schecter Blackjack 7 string. Peavey 6505 head. Boss overdrive pedal. Boss EQ pedal. Some Whirlwind leads. Still need a cab. Getting the Framus Dragon 4x12 when I get the money. And the ISP Decimator pedal. And that should be me sorted!

There's heaps of second hand Boss pedals on Ebay. Between 10-40. Depends on what your after? I got a Boss overdrive and EQ pedal for monkey nuts..
