  1. I liked this one i got asked awhile ago, its possibly changed a bit now im not sure so its not including Stuart Pearce, anyway the fuckin question!

What 4 premiership managers has David Beckham played in the same team as? played not been managed by remember! I don't know if Stuart Pearce played with him for England so don't count him.

    And i never googled :nono:

  2. Fair enough, but think of the amount of people that have holidays coming up, other festivals and other shit. I've got a stagger that weekend but if not i probably wouldn't have went anyway as i can't justify paying around 75+ (ticket, booze, travel) when there aren't any bands that excite me. Other people may be in the same boat!

  3. Jeez, how much bands (allegedally) got in through knowing someone?? 2 or 3?? grow up and stop with the tears, shit like this happens everywhere, the majority of the time its who you now rather than what you know anyways, so deal with it :finger:

  4. Like I said' date=' I was generalising & my tongue was firmly in my cheek as I wrote that. I don't read Kerrang! or Metal Hammer so I haven't a clue what half of these bands classify themselves as. In fact, the laughable sub-genrefication of Metal would provide an interesting thread some time. I was merely commentating of what I see as the sort of bands that play moshulu - fairly limited in their scope, I'd say as most seem to be of the standard drums, guitar, bass, vocals variety & there doesn't seem to be much in the way of hip hop, electronic, avant garde or tibetian folk music for that matter.

Still, nothing wrong with that - it's a business & it needs to attract a crowd.[/quote']

I don't know like, i'd say The Damned > The Cribs > Therapy? > The Dresden Dolls > The Bluetones > Vanilla Ice > Ian Hunter is as diverse as any other venue in Aberdeen, barring the tunnels maybe.

  5. To be honest I was a bit worried they'd end just being a bit too nu-metal or whatever the f*ck the genre is called nowadays. Going on the Moshulu booking policy I had my lingering dounts (apologies if I'm generalising here but I've not seen a gig yet here that i've been remotely interested in seeing). I'm pretty sure i'll be going though.

Not at all, their great, try and get a hold of Good Day or Girl Anachronism and i think you'll be suprised!

  6. i know some one who dropped their phone in the sink while shaving. Tried drying it but couldn't get all the water out' date=' so.....he' put it in the microwave. :dunce::laughing::stupid:

first one to guess how many seconds it lasted before it exploded gets a scene point [/quote']

Off topic but a mate of mine came back from a night out when on holiday, a bit worse for wear and hungry, he filled a pot noodle with mineral water and put it on the stove. I got back in to find him fast asleep and the burnt pot noodle tub sizzling on the stove. :nono:
