  1. This gig is now cancelled. but you can still answer the other questions if you want.. sirenx
  2. Dale was pretty fair like. one of our friends forgot his ID. Still, doesn't stop your enjoyment of your night being sacrificed. Especially when he radio's round Belmont street.
  3. I take it you do not enjoy their fresh faces of the future?
  4. Any of you fine people going to see this beautiful event? Its at the S.E.C.C on the 15th of June. it shall be delightful, oh yes, it shall!!
  5. Thanks for the feedback. It is always welcome and much appreciated. Ciaranx
  6. What format do you get it on? PS2 or just P.C.?
  7. Try and not make that nightmare a reality, your sanity depends on it!
  8. Peterhead is just a place like anywhere else, to try to suggest a place makes a person what he/she is would be wrong. i know alot of cool people from the heed, and, as was said, there are alot of arseholes. but how does that make it any different from aberdeen? Its just because aberdeen is on a bigger scale you don't notice it as much. thats what i think anyway. Logan, watch he doesn't try to get you to work late with him. It is very scary. had to do it one christmas when i was strapped for cash. just me, him, bob dylan on the speakers and some cleaners!!
  9. He is, he's another man from the Heed. You know Mike McRobbie? i think half the people that work there are from Phd!!!
  10. Yeah, he used to be the manager in Peterhead. he is indead very strange. When you talk to him he just kinda stares at you. You don't really know what he is thinking half the time. His wife is the complete opposite though, likes to speak away. quite a nice person!
  11. Bon Jovi...Hmmmm... Still, it could be an interesting show. I know what you mean about the production. That was the main thing that stood out, probably why i thought the were less guitar based. Thanks for clearing that up though Milner.
  12. Cool, might make an appearance, like you said, could be an interesting gig. Are they kinda Busted style? i kinda got that impression, but Busted sound more guitar based. (didn't think that was possible) I was, however, just getting up for work and and it was 5.30, so, kinda a blur really!
  13. I might be totally off here but are they not quite pop? I think i heard their new single this morning...
  14. Was Rooster's lead singer on Nevermind the Buzzcocks this week? (could have been last)
  15. I used to work in Woolies in peterhead and in the interview there i had to go on the shop floor to ask a customer what they thought of the shop, how they could improve it, that sort of bollocks. not sure if it is the same with Big W though. Danny Doubt, you work with Martin O'Dell?
  16. Hello everyone, just a quick note to say that Flicker, The Beard and Mike MacDermid are playing at Dr Drakes tonight. Doors at 8 pm. Thanks.
  17. I'd have to say Dave Grohl (I know its an obvious choice but i always thought he sounded so powerful) & John Dalmayan of System.
  18. Now it makes sense! Cheers!
  19. What's the deal with Soulwax. I saw 'Too Many DJ's' on MTV2 a good couple of times, thought it was ace. Then i hear that they ARE DJ's who do remixes of other peoples songs. I then saw these CD's by Radio Soulwax and were called 'Too many DJ's: part 1' all the way to something like part 7. That make sense? Doesn't to me!!!!
  20. REM were the first band i appreciated. Nirvana was the first record i bought (Dad owned REM records)
  21. To be totally honest, I've found bass to be harder, mostly due to the technique with your fingers. To play it with a pic is a bit easier, but no-one can say they find learning to play bass with your fingers easy! takes a hell of alot of practice.
