I played in Scalloway a few years back. Don't remember much about it, except from the groupies, lol. The place that we played paid for our long but hilarious return boat trip and ave us a free bar. Silly buggers

stone roses The Stone Roses are one of my favourite bands, but I think they're earlier stuff was shit, and Ian Brown is the worst singers i've ever heard. Still, they wrote catchy tunes and would have made it big if it wasn't for Gareth Evans and Silvertone Records. The guy spoke shit throughout the interview, ripped them off big time and then had the cheek to sue them. Wot a prick

At the end of the day who cares? All music comes from the same roots somewhere down the line, whether it be hip hop, punk, metal or whatever. If it wasn't for the likes of robert johnson and other blues & jazz musicians would we be playin guitar today?
