Ha, yeah I laughed when she told me, but she was pretty pissed off.

Meh i just don't think it was really right they they (spike) Went on stage and slated 5 finger discount, and shouted 'grrr' a few times and randomly mauled the hell out of their guitar strings it passed as a gig. They also offended alot of folk for no reason what-so-ever - one girl said 'hi' to (i think) the bassist and he said words to the effective of "fancy a fuck?" Also...emo is better than spikepile driver is. At least its got more than two chords in it and you can make out the words. And jow does spike = 'Extreme music' - that wasn't extreme - it was obscene Why doesn't everyone ont the planet whos on the dole just go 'ARGHGHGHHHHHHHHHH I FUCKNIG HATE FUCKING EMO KIIIIIDS and that punk/pop band is gay go fuck michael jackson' and make a hundred quid a gig or whatever... I can understand if they don't like 'emo'....but its a tad lame making a 'band' that spew it all over the stage being not-funny while they chug away at a two string bass. No idea what the younger folk did to upset them either? I'm sure it was really shit if their mates went to see them play a gig when they were 17.

A good night methinks, thanks to cloud et al for putting on the gig. We (tears of grace) think we did okay, could have gone better though. Without wanting to come across like the guy who was slagging off infection - but what was with spikepike driver?? They seemed to spend the whole time slagging off 5 Finger Discount and taking the mick because younger folk came to see them and tears of grace. In between 30 seconds of clanging and screaming each 'song' they cracked old jokes about 'emo'....
