  1. Peavey Express 112 - 65w combo guitar amp

    30

I've had this for years and feel a bit sad about parting with it, but just don't have space for a spare in my flat any more. This has a proper spring reverb, none of your digital pish, which sounds great. It has a regular transistor overdrive channel and a "supersat" overdrive switch which emulates tube amp distortion. Also has an effects loop. The amp's a bit tatty as I've had it for years now. A little crackly, but great as a practice amp. It's just loud enough to use in a band, unless your drummer hits really hard. I replaced the speaker a fair while ago too, so it's had a bit of an upgrade. Anyone interested is more than welcome to have a go with it before buying. Please give this a good home!

PM me here if you'd like this one.

  2. They are leather, so they cost more than the regular canvas shoes. They have some minor muck on the sole and upers due to being worn outdoors for an afternoon. I can assure you they have not been worn for more than 5 hours.

No cheese included, though I can apply some somerfield cheddar to suit your taste.

I still have them, so if anyone's keen I'm open to offers. PMs please folks.

  3. I got a pair of these shoes as a birthday present...

Office Shoes - Unisex for him - Converse - ALL STAR LOW MINIMALISTIC BLACK MONO

They're a UK size 12, which is just a wee bit narrow for me. I can't return them to the shop (I did try), as I've worn them once. If anybody here would like to take these off me then please PM me.

They were bought for 44.99 from Office on Union St. I'd like to sell for 35, so I can buy myself a pair of shoes that fit. Like I say, only worn once, for about 5 hours.

  4. I reckon I'd be lucky to get more than two council housing points at all even if I was sleeping on the beach! By the time a house was available for me in the current economic climate my change jar could probably buy a flat...

I dunno, it's a bit of a lottery. I got a good offer after 4-5 weeks at the end of 2007. I don't have a crazy medical points score, they just thought I'd fit in the block. Worth a try, for me anyhow.

  5. I'd avoid Aberdein Considine if I were you, deposit munching bastards. They charged me for gardening costs - they checked the property two weeks after I moved out in the middle of summer, of course the grass is gonna be long.

Not sure whether Scot-Ads would have much to offer, might be worth a look. It's worth applying to the council - low rent and (sometimes) big flats.
