So after being royally fucked and hung out to dry by my old employer I got a new job after 4 months of looking!!! Been working for a company I used to work with while looking and while I'm thankful to them for helping me out the hours were awful! Cant wait to get started in my new role in September. I am totally with Adam on this. When did being a semi-pro musician mean that you can expect handouts to "live the dream", as it were. The counter argument that I have often seen is "it's the only way I can raise the money". Tough shit then, I believe the majority of crowdfunding offensive, and in a way immoral. How about just work hard and save money instead?1 point
