Cloud
Bit of a waste of time, seeing as the person that submitted the application for the march has been arrested...Shame I didn't know of this in advance, I'd be there to protest against United Against Fascism - also known as the ANL in a crap disguise. I may just pop along to see what they've got to say though..but I find it disgusting that such a blatant political organisation as them has been allowed to use the Arts Centre to further their own motives

It reflects a broad spectrum of political opinion. Sure, there are indeed socialists involved, but there are also others who do not hold with the views of the SSP/SWP. Suggest you get your facts straight before posting. Oh, and I look forward to hearing you speak.
Guest tv tanned
I can concur with asf as a friend of mine, and fellow SNP activist is speaking. I had considered going but can't make it for 7pm.Bill Knight is the head of the senior citizen's forum. Last time I checked they were hardly brimming with socialist malcontents... Frosty Jack
but I find it disgusting that such a blatant political organisation as them has been allowed to use the Arts Centre to further their own motives Just thought I'd mention that the Arts Centre is entirely privately run and has nothing to do with the Council, so anyone who wants to can hire it. It used to be Council run until they decided to shut it down a few years ago, but Annie Inglis and others managed to buy it out and it's now run almost entirely by volunteers. As you were... KarmaTsunami
i might have gone if i'd known about it sooner. i got an e-mail about the final decision being made on the 25th i believe?
Mr. Tristen
up the road from the lemon tree.a bit surprised that you'd be going to this given your views expressed previously. Its a subject which now interests me. I planned on going simply to hear a point of view of a group. I am more than willing to listen to peoples views regardless of my opinions on the matter.Unfortunately I did not make it due to work commitments

As I've said, sure, there are indeed socialists involved, and yes, who have links with ANL, but AUAF has not. Not satisfied? Then I suggest you attend a meeting. Guest allsystemsfail
i got an e-mail about the final decision being made on the 25th i believe?Yes indeed. The city council's licencing committee will be meeting on the 25th so as to decide whether to permit the march or not. Wanna protest - show your disgust at the NF marching in Aberdeen? Then folks are gonna assemble (on the 25th) at 1pm outside the Town House on Broad Street.
Hog
Bugger Im going to be on holiday then, although I look forward to turning my back to the NF who IMHO are as credible as a Columbian Policeman who recieves backhanders from Drug lords
