My plan is to get the iPhone 5S from Apple on monthly payments, combined with this 3 deal then trade in for the 6 when it comes out. Loads of people told me it was rubbish when I was looking to move last year but I think that was based on reputation rather than reality. It's absolutely great in Aberdeen itself and decent enough outside the city. They also have an agreement with Orange to use their network if there's no coverage of their own (for 2G). FatHand Posted October 7, 2013 Report Share Posted October 7, 2013 I'm also with 3. Customer service has been a bit shoddy in the past for me but I think all mobile companies are the same. If you have any problems with them just bombarde them with complaints emails. Also make threats to take it further if it's not dealt with swiftly. After I did that I've had no problems at all.
