Skacel
I'm trying to setup broadband on a computer but before I can begin installation the software does a system check and keeps getting an error message of:Could not find PCI slot.Could not find an Ethernet adapter, ensure LAN card is enabled.I also found this on the computer and suspect it's probably related:The currently installed driver for PCIInfo, which is part of DeskView by Siemens, is not compatible with this version of Microsoft Windows and will be disabled during the upgrade. For more information about this driver, visit the manufacturer's Web site.Any help would be appreciated.

Le Stu
So, what version of Windows are you running? It sounds like you have a driver issue with your ethernet card or built-in ethernet adapter.
Guest Hobo
if you are connecting to the router by cable make sure onboard lan is enabled in the bios if it is not a pci card
