Afro Droid Posted May 11, 2004 Report Share Posted May 11, 2004 Our last song certainly wears it's 'Fishing For Luckies' influence on it's sleeve, can't think of anything from 'Earth Vs' that we've been influenced (ripped off from) by....and hey, Ginger's always said that he would take it as a compliment if anyone 'borrowed' from him, it's not as if he doesn't so his fair share of . PaGG's 'Heartbreak City' had a very similiar chord progression to 'Beautiful Thing You'. But of course these similiarities are unintentional! Well, exactly the same really....I can see the 'Schizophonic' comparison though, the pre-chorus in that last RL song does sound a bit like the mid-eighth. Hadn't actually noticed that before.
