Frosty Jack
I'm not one to blow my own trumpet, but I've decided that I would actually quite like some people to go to our next gig. So I will just say that next Wednesday 28th April you will have an all too rare chance to see Suvara in action, and quite possibly obtain our new 4 track mini-e.p.-album-demo. We are really rather good, y'know, although obviously even we will still be positively eclipsed by the other amazing talent on show. And it's all for the benefit of MeFM Radio, a very good cause. I don't ask much, but you would make me very happy...MeFM Benefit Bash Wed 28th April This year's benefit bash in support of Aberdeen's only local radio station will cook up a lushous spicy stew of alternative sounds. For this lush set menu a mere 3 will be requested at the door. Service included. For starters they'll be Paul Tasker in a rare parma ham solo momentFollowed by Fiona Keenan... in a Guiness sauce of course.Topped off with Future Galloway...yummyThere are three main courses, all very different but with complimentary explosive flavours. The Titanics....their first and last voyage with some special guest passengers on board.Suvara....been away too long but they're match fit and very beefy. The Little Kicks ....a sweet and sour delight to clean the palate.Del Franklin will provide the between courses entertainment and wash the dishes afterwards.Doors open @ 8pm

Great teacosy too. Right, well, go here for more details -http://www.lofimusic.co.uk/mefmCan only say that the other artistes are fantastic, and as for my lot, we are a kind of thoughtful metal, with two female vocals, rocking guitars, and drums that sound like a horse falling down stairs. Blondie meets Led Zeppelin meets Janes Addiction. That's not a great description admittedly, but all I can think of really, except to give you this teaser recorded live at our last practicevery small clip... We promise to entertain, and it is for a very good cause. And I'll buy you a pint...
Alan Cynic
That horse fell downstairs with a certain elan, FJ. I'll definitely be there, but might miss the first couple of acts, as I'm busy until c9.30.See you there!
