ANyone identify this place in Aberdeen?

Can anyone tell me what this building is on the right of the picture? This must be screamingly obvious but I just can't get my bearings!

The building second from the left (with the 3 dorma windows) is the The Moorings (formerly Simon McLeods) and Richards Tattoo parlour (formerly the Baltic Boot Store). The paper store next along with the pointy roof, right along to the end of the Harbour Board's offices (building with clock tower), were later demolished to build the monstrosity known as Virginia Street.
