Guest lime ruined my life
what's the problem with it?if it's a power issue then the most common problem is the power jack connections get cracked and removed from the board.it's a simple soldering job. Guest Neubeatz
Alesis HR-16 INITIALIZATION (clearing memory): To initialize the Alesis HR-16 to factory settings:Turn power OFF. Press and hold ERASE, DELETE and RECORD, and turn on the power while holding these buttons down for 3 seconds.Worth a try Homeless

Swingin' Ryan
buy an SR16...I agree, the SR16 has done us proud and it's pocket size compared to some other drum machines. On a slightly more helpful note, someone like Bruce Millers must have some kind of specialist contacts for doing such a job. threeornothing
Perhaps Alesis would be the ones to help.Although I'm sure they'd offer the same advice.SR16's are probably cheaper off ebay anyway.
