Guest Tam o' Shantie

Don't you just love it when it pays off?

I'm currently tucking into my starter: some gourmet bruschettas (2 toasted white loaf heels, spoonful of pesto spread on each, half tin of plum tomatoes simmered to a sauce and a sprinkling of some week old grated parmesan cheese i found in the fridge).

Can't wait to get onto my delicious instant parmesan pasta platter (courtesy of the good folks at LIDL, found at the very back of the darkest cupboard in my kitchen).
