All i've heard about Destiny is it plays really well, but gets very repetitive quickly. Can be completed in something like 10 hours.

Might pick it up at some point. 

Just to clarify this a bit, and this is taken from guys who work for Newcastle,

Has one chemo session left and then two months of recovery. He's pretty calm and optimistic, so seems everything is going ok.

Its not really as bad as that makes out. Newcastle had told him in December that he was free to move on, long before he found the true extent of the problem. 

I quite like this Blackett kid. He looks a fine player, comfortable on the ball and looked much more settled in a back 4. Evans is still rubbish and his passing yesterday was terrible at times, twice in the first 10 minutes he played suicidal balls to Rafael. 

Blind made one of the biggest differences i thought. Bombed about that midfield clearing up everything and just laying the ball off to better footballers than him.

The Purge - Somewhat disappointing. I was expecting a lot more violence and bad things, but it just never really got going at all. The ending was a bit crap as well.

i dont get this, parents are being taken to court because they took a child to a funeral, which is deemed an unacceptable reason for missing school, but at the same time its acceptable to miss school because of the footwear you have on, and no one is batting an eyelid? 

Personally speaking the only good thing to ever come from pens was the aforementioned John Terry incident, i hate them 99.9% of the time. 

On another note Vidal could be out for 6 months with another knee injury, maybe United did the right thing avoiding him. Why buy him right now with that hanging over him, when you can let Juve pay to fix it, then buy him for a reduced price next year when he is hopefully back fit. 

Last night Zlatan became the all time top Swedish goal scorer, what was more significant was he has now scored at least one goal in every minute of the possible 90. 

Looks like which ever manager that is that comes into the picture has just won a fiver betting that James Milner would pull off the worst pass of the night.

But Blackett has played all the games so far. Lingard probably would have played if he didnt get croaked in the first game. Janzuai kinda counts. Wilson will be around the first team squad id imagine. 

Welbeck wasnt really a golden generation player, he was more a Tom Cleverly kinda youth player. Fine if you dont really need to play him, pretty shit otherwise. 

Jesus. Some United fans seem very upset that LVG has replaced Welbeck with Falcao, like Welbeck is the better player out of the two........Welbeck, the most overatted player i can remember coming through United. Has the touch of a baby elephant on ice, and the finishing ability of Darren Mackie....

I sort of acknowledged that - but until Shaw is fit, I think Blind will be played on the left of defence, with Rojo central.

But Ashley Young..........

Id imagine we will see more of Blackett than not this season, left footed, can play full back as well if needed.

I think you will find Blind playing mostly as the holding midfielder. Shaw will be nailed onto start most games at left back, or Rojo will play there if Shaw is not fit. 

It's just about possible to scrape together a good midfield three out of that lot. Half of those players wouldn't play in a midfield 3 or are just plain not good enough.

Scrape a good midfield of our of Mata, Herrera, Di Maria, Januzai, Carrick, Fletch and Fellani......Your talking about 2 of the worlds top attacking mids. A warrior in Herrera and Blind and Fletch who has been mr consistent for years. Fellani can also play football, when used properly.

Its hardly scraping the barrel of midfielders out there.

If you started with Blind holding, Herrera infront, with Mata and Di Maria in front, you would struggle to name a better midfield in England. Liverpool are playing with Hollywood pass and Henderson. Jordan Henderson. If they can do ok, there is hope for anyone.  

It's still the case that you struggle to name a a defensive line up good enough at this level and in that area and the midfield they have a shocking lack of strength in depth and injuries could cripple them. This is compared with the attack which is madly stacked.

I dont think they lack depth in midfield at all. 

Defensively they can play Blind, Fletch, Herrera and Carrick can still do a job. 

More attacking they have Mata, Di Maria, Fellani, Januzai (who lvg wants to become a central mid) along with Anderson and Cleverly when desperate.

I think midfield is where they are sorted, its at the back they will struggle until Shaw and Rafeal get fit again. 

He said he had too many number 10's. So Kagawa was always going, i would have thought Fellani would have gone if he was fit. RVP is finished and i dont think that was a planned thing, but LVG has probably seen how immobile he looks now a days and thought he had to act. RVP wont score 20 league goals this season i dont think, id actually be amazed if he starts 20 league games. Blind will shore up a dodgy weak midfield. Rojo can play the three at the back which means they can put Evans on a "learn how to play football" course. I think they will come together quite well over the next few months. 

I actually have united fans telling me that the MK Dons game is the only bad game Evans has had for United in the past season and a bit, the reason being i am unable to name every bad game i think he has had, hence they didnt happen.......Incredible. 

I think United have snapped.

RVP apparently could be out for a lengthy period of time tho, good to see he has managed to stay injury free in the last two seasons. 

What what? 

The new Sky Sports channel will show quite a lot this year which will be great as i really really struggle to enjoy watching the EPL now, i just find i have next to no interest at all, even with the bigger teams. I need something to justify Sky Sports for the missus and the flights premier league doesnt start again till the new year. 

I think ITV have German football highlights this season as well. BT sports has at least one game a week. 

United forums are in meltdown today. It's pretty wild. Still, a ridiculous amount of fans defending Jonny Evans. He was just about at fault for every goal. He was the captain and the most senior player. He was put to shame by a bunch of League 1 cloggers. If he wasn't an academy product, he'd probably be getting it in the neck. Somehow, blinkered United fans think he's one of the best in the league 

 

If Fellaini had played as Evans did last night, Fellaini would be getting bullets posted through his door.

 

Evans is wank. Get rid. Go back to a back four. Rojo partnered with Smalling, shored up by a big bastard of a defensive midfielder. Jones and Blackett to come in as rotation. 4th place finish. 

I've been getting dogs abuse from man utd fans online for daring to suggest that Evans is shit and needs to be dropped, they really are blinded in thinking he is one of the top defenders in the league.

Same people who still claim that Nani is the best winger in the EPL and its not his fault he hasnt performed for two seasons.
