I'm Scottish if it's a personal enquiry and British if it's official.

lol can they please not have guns in Doctor Who? I mean, nevermind the philosophy they can't even be arsed doing the effects.

President Jade Goody (RIP) first president of The Republic of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Better now?

possibly going to a Bryan Adams gig while I'm there.
o_O
Oh, right.

Well, is it even that simple? Both Labour & the Tories use AV to elect their leaders!
They've both got pretty mediocre leaders, so I don't know if that's a great argument (for AV)
Oh, I don't know, I'm all for greater representation in general, just not specifically for the British public because we're so awful.
-
So, if you're a bit left-wing you should vote Yes and if you're a bit right-wing No?

A digital video download service that isn't massively overpriced or shite.

Although I did mean to look up who it was who funded the leaflet, but I've thrown it out... does anyone know?
It says "Promoted by William Norton on behalf of NO campaign Ltd."
-
Possibly, although one of the main arguments that's been put forward against AV seems to be that it's 'just not British'. Maybe the BNP see themselves as defending Britain from 'immigrant' voting systems.
Could be, I expect we'll have to learn Polish to vote next! Stand up for Britain, stand up for VOWELS.
-
The BNP is against AV. That might also help folks to make up their minds.
They also have not a single seat under FPTP so that's maybe not a good case for the Yes camp.
-
I'm in a safe Labour seat where Lib-Dem and SNP are usually neck and neck for second place, so this would probably be the way to remind Frank Doran that he isn't in the House of Lords.
But I'm undecided. Looks like the 'no's have it, presumably as a kick Clegg proxy.

I think I'd sooner have a smelly arse than one full of cancer.

Can you do Mariah Carey next?

Speaking of confessions, the first time I heard the word xenophobe was when I was about 10. I thought it was spelled "zinophobe" and was a fear of magazines.
it's a bug hunt.
wait... ah fuck it.

Yeah, these are all sound tips guys, thank you!
Thing is, I quite enjoy my weightlifting. I want to keep that up but is that even possible when vegan? Need to consume probably 130-150g of protein a day without going over (roughly) 2,700 calories a day and not consuming too much fat. Possible to bulk up on a vegan diet?
Most of the online resources are about losing weight through a vegan diet but I don't want to do that!
out of pure curiosity, I investigated this a while ago. Seems like pea protein powder is the way. Bet it tastes like arse though.

second on Falaffel, hummus or anything with the chickpea, dhal, beans and rice. you can even get chickpea/rice flour that provides the full spectrum of essential amino-acids. Can't recall what it's called, had a flatbread made out of it in some Asian place.

They should add in a feature for the free users meaning if you listen to a certain album a certain amount of times you have to buy it before listening to it again.
As I understand it, the changes from May 1st are exactly that, though 5 listens per track not album.

Pet Hate. People who moan about Spotify adverts, and also now how the amount of music free users can stream is being reduced next month. It's a fiver a month. A fiver. 16p a day, to have unlimited, advertless playback of thousands and thousands of albums. Utterly outrageous value for money. I've got people on my Facebook threatening to "boycott spotify" because of free users only being allowed to stream 10 hours of music as of 1st May. They're a right bunch of crooks eh? How dare they only give you 10 hours of music for fuck all?
Seriously. A fiver! Get a grip.
lol, what utter fannies. I must admit, I freeload it currently but that's because they made the free version too good and I don't have a smartphone.
Although, lately, the blood transfusion guilt ads have been making me consider Unlimited.

he did the impression, didn't he?

I'd just fly around the world randomly like a high-powered hobo.

A fraction is just the term on the top divided by the term on the bottom. Easier to write that as a/b (which is the term on the left divided by the term on the right) on a computer and is entirely equal to ab (which is the term on the left divided by the term on the right).
The obelus () does not impart some mystic property which the virgule (/) doesn't. They are merely different representations of the same thing.
The brackets seem to be confusing you, so lets remove them by resolving the term inside
482x12
Now, since multiplication has the same precedence as division, which do you do first?
No confusion. It's a(b+c) resolving as ab+ac as multiplication of the juxtaposed coefficient must be distributed over the terms in parentheses to properly expand the brackets. you can't just make the coefficent the denominator of 48 as it's part of the expression 2(9+3)

This is what I was hinting at. Although the problem is I doubt there is enough of a market in Aberdeen for it. 10 barbour-clad couples in to see the new Juliette Binoche would probably spend more on snacks and drinks than 40 Lebowski-quoting nerds, if there are that many.
it would probably need to be a bigger venue to really stack 'em high, a real flea pit type place. probably all long taken over or converted by now. you could probably get enough youngers into a proper indy cinema scene though, this is a double uni town.

Sad. Last thing I saw there was Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon though.
Looking at their lineup, I can't help thinking it needs two pound pitchers, pizza and showing of Goonies and Back To The Future more than Pinot Noir.

I used to work with a Filipino guy and he said to me in conversation once that he thought the guy who came up with that story must have made a fortune
(which to be fair, is true, as it's hardly a serious historic work)
