Street Fighter 4 looks decent, as does the new king of the fighters.

The rushing beat we were playing was the third one, Rushing Beat Shura. It is like a blend of final fight 3, and streets of rage 2. You really can't beat a good scrolling beat 'em up.

I play all beat 'em ups and would love some good matches. On xbox live my tag is Skull Commander.

I think I give a pretty unbiased opinion, and I really find it difficult to recomend the PS3 as a gaming machine. If you want a cheap blu-ray player, then by all means get it, but there are hardly any decent format exclusives at the moment, and 99% of the multi platform titles are superior on the 360. Obviously the 360 is a really badly built machine, but you should be able to pick up a wider range of games at a more affordable price. Even some new releases are cheaper on 360 (recent example Devil May Cry 4).

Obviously there is the Wii as well, but as much as I like it, I see it more as a console to compliment either the PS3 or 360, with it not having a lot of the mainstream multi format games.

Later does have it's moments, but it has subjected me far too many times to the horrors of world music.

For a while I'm sure "Papa Wemba" (maybe wrong spelling?) was on it every third week or so. It feels so patronising when you see the bands all standing around and pretending that they are getting into the obscure word guest every week.

I used to drink the ciders to avoid the shitty lager! After a while it went to bottles of woodpecker. At least you knew it never had to go through their pipes.

The rant was ace! Some weedgies took offence but I thought it was great! The set was amazing as well. Prefered this to the carling academy gig last year.

I think I just made a mess in my underwear.

Got the new EP in the post today as well. I've only had one listen to it, but it sounds pretty good.

It's annoying me too that a lot of time in the evening seems to be spent waiting for a game. I wish they would sort this out.

The initial 'wave' of acts announced is the very defenition of a mixed bag. Still, there is bound to be some better acts added.

Something's only worth what someone will pay for it. So if they sell for 200 on ebay, that's what it's worth.

If it was me, I'd just play it on an emulator, but there you go.

There are 'real' prices and 'idiot' prices for everything in this world. I wouldn't say that just because a couple of numpties may pay 200 for that particular game that it's worth that kind of money.

It's only streets of rage 3 thats worth any money at all, and even then nowadays its proberly worth 30 or above rather than the 200 on ebay!

The first two are worth around 5 and 10 respectively.

Metal + Helmets with Horns + Swords + Rape + Pillage?

The Halo 3 map pack will eventually be free. I can't remember when but that has been the plan all along. I'm just going to wait till then.
