  1. We're just gonna see what happens with Dis-Ease with Jason being in Perth now we'll see how it goes with practice etc. I have been asked about gigs later in the year so there is a possibilty that we will continue. I also still have a heap of new riffs for Dis-Ease which are suitably mental haha. Weeping Jesus are: Richard Aaron James (e106) Chris (e106) doing the old songs that Richard did vocals for which Dis-Ease don't play.
  2. MySpace.com - Psyopus - Rochester, US - Metal / Grindcore / Experimental - www.myspace.com/psyopus I had heard a couple of things by them and thought it was ok but a few days ago I checked out their myspace because the guitarist is/was on tour with Hank III - They're mental!!! I also read that for the guitarist to receive a sponsorship from Ibanez guitars he had to send them a video to show that he could actually play what was on the albums!
  3. There should be some time left over from WJ as well:up:
  4. The site looks excellent! It's very easy to navigate as well. The only thing is when you go to the ordering section it makes you navigate away from your page...but maybe that couldn't be helped?
  5. I wouldn't know, I never played Pariah.
  6. Yeah the fact it is Thursday is a pain in the ass!!! Work today was an endurance...
  7. She should have called the song 'sod's law'.
  8. My hangover is kicking my ass right now! Im rather disapointed with the lack of folk there, I know there's a heap of people into metal and people moan about not having a night that plays decent music then they don't show up...what's that all about???
  9. Unfortunately he does dress like that...I've tried to talk to him but he wont listen...
  10. Number 2 is my favourite black metal video EVER!
  11. Sorry, I'm not sure if your question was serious or if your just having a laugh but as you said it's the same for the 'Hardcore' kids, same as any trend. I think that Black Metal bands do it as a 'theatrical' thing kinda like gothic bands or any band that likes to combine music and image...it does look silly though!
  12. Does it save the stuff you drop into the levels??? ooops I dropped a bunch of random crap into my brothers game then hahah
  13. I spoke to Chris a couple o months ago and he said they just hadn't had a jam in a while...
  14. Yeah, there is an interview where he says something like people play Gibson and Marshall cause it's easy to make them sound good where he plays stuff that you have to work at to make it sound good. I think You can hear that when you listen to Pantera, there's a definate 'chainsaw' element to his sound.
  15. YOU FAILz!! Jimbob D'you think this is the Gibson 'Hetfield sig' that folks are speaking about?
  16. I totally agree! Its kinda ironic that bad guitar players benefit from the best gear the most and good guitar players could settle for cheap stuff...but it doenst happen that way, bad players usually have bad gear too haha
  17. I've kinda noticed that but I wasn't sure if it was just me...They seem to sound a lot thinner through Valve amps but going through a valvestate or one of the Laneys at captain toms I get a huge sound!
  18. thats kinda like a menu for music... Do you do a vegetarian option for 107?
  19. I cant beleive 2 weeks have passed....what happened to last week???
  20. A lot of people don't like the metal zone and say all kinds of bad things about it but I think it can be usefull. You can get a huge range of sounds from it, the eq controls have a lot of range in them. Of course it depends what you hope to acheive. I'm not normaly hoping to get a 'nice' sound when I choose to use the Metal Zone haha. It has quite a harsh distortion sound. If you are looking for a warmer more natural (amp-like) tone then the RAT is a good, cheap alternative. You might want to try 'boosting' your distortion tone with an overdrive or distortion pedal, that sometimes gets good results as it keeps much of the fullness of the amp sound.
  21. Silverchair - Tomorrow 'there is no bathroom and there is no sink the water out of the tap is very hard to drink'
  22. Have you tried it? It does sound really good and is not a fizzy distortion but I *think* it may be lacking in low end a bit...My memory is pretty hazy. R&B had one in but I think it's sold. They could probably order another. Im sure there are a million places online who will have it too.
  23. if things didnt happen the way they did music would definately be different....I love the beatles, the \Rolling stones have ace songs...I like a lot of music that is not rock oreantated but if the bands i WAS influenced by didnt listen to the beatles then they would sound completely difffferent and im sure that would be the same world wide....it is that way because it is.
  24. Im terrible on every song on easy hahah
