  1. Iname have been getting better and better. Really enjoyed the last two gigs I've seen them at..

    very kind, cheers dude

    personally loving:

    Greater the shadow

    Katerwaul

Kartta (although i haven't actually seen the new line-up live)

debutant - phil and loop pedal = dreamy goodness

other than that enrapture and my minds weapon have done very well.

i remmebr seeing enrapture in moshulu and they were spot on. that type of metal isn't really my thing these days, but they are very very good at what they do.

  2. Yeah, seemed to be some sound issues with the support too (who were shockingly bad) but the atmosphere was one of the best I've ever experienced. Apart from whoever starting throwing shoes at Simon Neil...

Acoustic version of Folding Stars was beautiful

    sucioperro were excellent!!!?

  3. The Day I Vanished

"The contrast between frantic aggression and melody is enticing, and they've nailed a distinctive sound thats hard to pull off." Rocksound

Free vwith a pass from the bands or the moorings!

    3 without said pass

  4. I used language which I only reserve for the football to a couple of guys talking loudly about the Scissor Sisters performance at Liveaid, at Sigur Ros's previous gig at Carling Academy. Pricks...

yes there were several retards talkin loudly near me. When i did finally ask that girl to shut the fuck up, her mate had the cheek to defend her....nmumumnmnmnmnmnmbbrbumumnmnmnmnumumumghghgmnmnghmg

  5. They were great but they were better the other times I've seen them with Amiina playing all the string arrangements. Some weegie bitch next to us decided to play commentator all night which got a bit annoying.

It was indeed very annoying and I probably would have been within my rights to break her nose.

    comments such as

"ooh this is the bit where it all comes in..." you don't fucking say...

    and

"the singer is faking it, his english isn't that bad"

    were particular highlights

That aside, it was immense. :)
