This is potentially the best album i've ever listened to. It's absolutely stunning. Its a seriously awesome album and i recommend it to anyone who indulges in progressive/space/space jazz/space raga/space psychadelia rock music. Anyone familiar with it already? It is a rather old one, but i can't remember the yaer released. Some time in the 70s, think late 70s.

i agree that stoner music is as bryn said, Pink Floyd, Hawkwind and essentially, space rock music. I always listen to space rock while stoned

AKA The Fox - Something a bit different from the usual heavy nonsense and again, ace

The Deviadas - Ace country vibes and Knopfler licks

That acoustic dude who played on the Eric Euan EP launch party (the chet atkins style guy) He was the best acoustic guitarist i've seen in Aberdeen

There is also an amazing Glasgow band called Snood, who i thought were excellent also

They are the bands that ive seen in Aberdeen that stand out the most

We weren't able to play the 12th of June because we were playing the Lemon TRee the next night. So yeah, playing the 8th would be a pleasure for us.

AKA the fox were excellent. Didn't think so highly of the other bands, myself. They weren't bad, but just didnt really grab me. Im pretty sure the rest of hte audience felt the same way.
