  1. Yeah cheers for coming! The string snapping really hurt us bad! the guitar i borrwed wasnt in tune either, and i foolishly tried to play it behind my back which didn't work out. lol, trust me, i can do that trick on my own instrument... lol

And clive, you probably saw us a long time ago. So try coming again.

    Thanks for the feedback dudes

  2. My god, just remembered how fantastic this cd is. It's so unbelievably good. It's just so mellow and easy to fall asleep to.

Anyone else own/love this album? I seriously can't imagine anyone buying it and being dissapointed with it.

Probably the best film score ever written in my opinion

  3. Erm, well The Void use a synth! And we would use a hell of a lot more had we the musical talent. I'd really like that middle eastern instrument that i can't remember the name of, but it is in Tool's "Reflection" and the Blade Runner soundtrack - which is so unbelievably awesome, that i might just have to make another post dedicated to it!

  4. Hey. Anyone seen this yet? It's great. Not as good as This Is Spinal Tap, but still, very funny. And "kiss at the end of the rainbow" so should have won the oscar for best original song. I can't believe the 80s monster (annie lennox) won it!

  5. my top 5 bands at the moment aren't really from the moment an d they aint all bands. Anyway, they are

    1. Pink floyd

    2. Mark Knopfler

    3. King Crimson

    4. Tool

    5. Steve Hillage

also cool are Sigur Ros, Camel, and someone else i cant be bothered remembering who they are right nw

  6. Hes officially the master of progressive rock.

I remember once going in there and he was playing what he descrived as "the worst harmonica solo in the world". It was absolutely hillarious.

    Really awesome guy

and Graham - nice music taste

  7. a friend was nagging at me to buy that album, at which point i reminded him that i have every Mark Knopfler and Pink Floyd album ever to be released...

(Although i wouldn't mind hearing the song he does with Lemmy, but that's only because of the Hawkwind link)

  8. haha, so everyone stops posting. he he

But to be honest, i think a license is required to start a pink floyd tribute band. Because they are probably the hardest band on the planet to re-create. Get it totally right, or don't do it at all is my theory i guess. The Floyd are too powerful for any mortal (let alone an Aberdeen-based mortal!).
