Goran Visnjic = Kovac from ER

if we play stars three times, we'll barely have enough time left to play a fourth song.....
Who needs a fourth song when you've got Stars?
-
pity whichever of the 3 ends up playing the last song. maybe you should treat every 3rd song as the last song, just to even up the pain for them?
They could always do Stars 3 times... to really make it fair

rach - you just answered my next question...
spoonster - i'm sure you paid, you know. i think you perhaps lost that cheque and sent me another one? i might be wrong, of course...
IN OTHER NEWS -
it looks like all three potential bassists will be asked to play during the set. three songs each or something (it's bound to be a disaster, eh?)
I think you should film this...
-
I'm afraid I'm going to have to miss the debut of the new bassist.. whoever they turn out to be..
Tis my best mate's 20th so going to be out at the sticks.

Planning to read it on the train down to Edinburgh tomorrow.

It's not so much about getting a signed permit or anything, it's just common courtesy of asking permission from the ghillie or ranger or whoever is responsible for that particular loch. Usually it's just a case of phoning up and saying that you would like to fish on that loch that day.
There are a few good books about Scotland's trout lochs etc that list names and numbers for each entry of who you should get in touch with and there's definitely a few where you don't need to ask anybody, but can't offhand remember where.
Especially with Loch fishing if you ask permission you can often gain access to a free boat

I'm going to be cheesy and say Goldfinger, just cause I envy Bassey's voice.
-
Yes, I suppose I could have, but then no doubt I would have got pish from some smart alec whining about digging up ancient threads.
-
yer i was just away to ask if you were gracing moshulu with your stench tonight. no phone handy to text you either.
No love, my "stench" will be remaining at home with me. I'm totally skint at the moment
-
Yes to which part?
If you're going to be unhelpful and smart-arse then don't bother, I'm asking a simple question.
-
Anyone else getting constant "message not delivered" messages or is it just me?
-
But it isnt meant to..... "lest we forget"
There is no secret aggenda here....its just to remind people...nothing more.

Was silent at 11am, in practice for today's remembrance parade and service at King's. Would have observed it anyway even if I hadn't been at the rehearsal.
It gets my goat when people try and say poppy day is no longer relavent because WW1 happened 90 years ago, we're not just remembering the dead of the World Wars, but every serviceman who has fallen since, whether it was in the Falklands through to those still dying in Afghanistan and Iraq.
PS. If anyone wants a laugh, the Uni's tri-service parade will be marching through Kings sometime after 10 this morning... with yours truly in the Naval detachment...

Bad luck hope you manage to get somewhere with the Passport office, give the Royal Mail hell whether you do or not. That's just not on. It's bad enough that they've lost it, but not bothering to take note of the id number for Recorded Delivery? That's just a bloody farce.

Some nice games today and last weekend.
Lots of newbies at Murrayfield today, good to get them some experience before the P. Islanders next week and Australia the week after, they're gonna need it!
Just waiting to see how Ireland fares against the Springboks now... good luck to 'em!

Fantastic! Also seen on Monday night rocking out 15ft from the barrier to Matt Bellamy's glorious noise.
-
I'm up for that Although the whole point shouldn't end up being "the most popular", it should be something that you prolly wouldn't think to read normally.

Kate and Sawyer finally getting steamy properly! Hell yeah!
What an episode. AMAZING. Brilliantly frustrating cliffhanger!
-
JohnC's surely got one.
I thought I was going to die laughing at one point. Sitting between them in Bassment was surreal.
Aye John's got one on his phone.

I'd be up for that...
