Series 2 is even better. The Ann running joke is one of my favourite ever. Don't watch them out of sync though as a lot of it only makes sense if you've seen things (often completely incidental) that have happened in previous episodes.
Series 3 is embarrassingly bad.

BBC NEWS | UK | Inquiry into 'contaminated' fuel
BASTARDS!!! Spent 165 getting the sensor repaired on mine and sounds like I was one of the ones lucky enough to get it replaced before the dealers ran out of stock.

That's an ace album
Seconded. My only problem with it is that the two bonus tracks fuck up the flow of the album, given that All Systems Red is one of the finest album closers EVER. So don't buy the one with the DVD is my tip.

Yeah Sexie is quite poor by his standards, Dress to Kill was the first one I saw and still my favourite. Just stuck all his shows in Audio format on my ipod. Should brighten up the commute!
I don't know if anyone has mentioned David Cross but he's damn good. Can find a few of his shows in audio on torrentspy, limewire etc.
I was intrigued by David Cross, purely on the basis of Tobias in Arrested Development. I may investigate.

but she'd certainly be in my top five.
Mine too. But that only includes ones in my lifetime.

Schlangenar.
That was a stupid idea for a tribute band.

Erm... I'm gonna need that one explained to me, I think...
Well, she irreversibly destroyed British industry, the lives of hundreds of thousands of skilled workers and numerous communities across the Scotland, the North of England and Wales and fostered the "greed above all else" spirit that pervades Britain to this day and has made it the gutless, soulless country it is.
What's not to be grateful for?

Surely it must have been Seagal? Any man who can utter the words "I'll tell you a funny story. When Bruce Lee's boy died, I went to the funeral..." must surely be considered too nice.

Guys,
I see a few threads on here about "Prison Break" and several other US TV series and I'm wondering if you guys could recommend a few that are worth watching.
Currently, the telly in general is utter minge and as our lifestyles are a bit hectic at the moment, it's difficult for my wife and me to commit to any of the series on telly.
So, what we've been doing is buying box-sets of these programmes that we can watch at our leisure.
So far we've seen...
- Soparanos (series 1-6) - simply the best thing ever to grace the telly.
- Six Feet Under (series 1-5) - off the wall and absolutely fabulous
- The Shield (1-4) - excellent, fast moving and good stories apart from some ridiculous resolutions to the predicaments that the Strike Team get into
I started watching (on the telly)...
- Lost - which was exactly what happened to my interest after three episodes of stereotyping
- The 4400 - exactly the number of episodes you have to watch before it gets anywhere
- The Invaders - total gash
Apart from the above, fit like are "Prison Break", "The Wire", "CSI", "Arrested Development" and any others that I never get the chance to see ?
I'd appreciate any input/reviews from you folks.

*resurrects thread from the dead*
Did you ever get around to watching The Wire? I got the 1st series for Christmas and it is superb. As you like the Sopranos, I'd say it's pretty much a shoe-in you'd like The Wire.
Arrested Development is also great. Just don't watch the third series, it's embarassingly bad. But the first two are sheer comedy gold.
- Soparanos (series 1-6) - simply the best thing ever to grace the telly.

Surreal Madrid
Psychedelia Smith

Paula Abdul appearing live with a cartoon cat would have been something to see though.
"One step forward, I'll take two steps back, we come together 'cos opposites attract".
Cracking song.

SIMON PEGG! TOP GEAR! It's like the ultimate coming-together of aceness!

Dunno if you've seen this, but may be of some assistance: Car News | MSN Cars UK - Where have all the policemen gone?

Was a bit disappointed with it to be honest. It's good, but it's not great. Certainly nowhere near as well done as Shaun. Favourite joke was Timothy Dalton's car music.
On the plus side, it did remind me to have a look on youtube for Asylum. Not the full episodes, sadly, and for that I curse the bloke who put them up for taunting me, but I haven't seen them in years, so delighted.
Search for "best of julian barrett" (we ain't allowed to post links to it on here, are we?)

It is done.
I've never understood how you can "Strongly Disagree" or "Strongly Agree" with something though. Surely you either agree or disagree, not something I would have thought there'd be levels of. Not a criticism of you, but of questionaires in general.

I was trying to think of anything that I've seen recently on tv that was as funny as that episode. I genuinely can't come up with anything.
-
I went on a date with someone involved in the staging of "We Will Rock You". She had seen Anita Dobson nekkid. Her words: "not bad for her age". I was sceptical.

Beauty and The Beat - Edan
Been meaning to check this out for AGES....
Weird, that just arrived at my door this morning too.
-
Point taken. How's your Lilly Allen album anyway, fucko?
Entertaining in parts, rubbish in others.

Pretty good, but not a million miles away from Counting Crows

So I've decided to give my PC a good clean out. I'm going through all the programs I don't use in the add/remove list, when I come across Kazaa! but everytime I try to delete it, this appears:
Now, I've tried doing what it suggests, I've even tried deleting it in safe mode, but I can't seem to shift the fucker. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Craig
Any chance that you've got a version of Kazaa that's installed adware? If so, you may need to get shot of that before it'll let you get rid of Kazaa.

I really like the look of the tiny wee Samsung Q35. It's got great reviews, but is a bit pricey at around 900 - more with a proper(-ish) graphics card.
-
Nah I haven't. I have been looking around for it in shops but could not find it for a reasonable price (less than 12).
I will probably be getting it online, and if it is 10 times better than Flight 602, then an unbelievable amount of brilliance awaits.
It's available on a 320kbps download for 6.99 on BLEEP - High Quality Music Downloads from Bleep.com. Cold Water Music, Sail and Demonique (which was the track on the Toyota Rav4 advert a while back, but stripped of the film samples and therefore not nearly as good) are the best of the bunch, but it's all ace. In fact, I think it's thirteen times better than Flight 602.
-
Aim - Flight 602 (Picked it up after hearing tracks on MySpace. Tremendous. Go see the 10-piece at the Lemon Tree).
I take it you've got the first album, Cold Water Music? If not, it's 10 times better than Flight 602.
David Holmes - Lets Get KilledAwesome album. If you don't like it at first, give it time. It's a grower.
I've just order The Rolling Stones - Let It Bleed. Primarily for the introduction to Gimme Shelter. I may also order Aftermath (the US version) for Paint It Black.
worst sitcom ever???
