I never get it in e-mails, but every now and again someone will take to calling me Lindsay/Lyndsey because apparently it's pretty much the same name.

People who spell my name inconsistently despite the fact it's right there in the e-mail address and e-mail signature. Two e-mails from the same person in five minutes. One saying 'Lesley' and the other 'Leslie'. It's just the sort of thing that makes my eye twitch on a Monday morning.

Hard Candy I'd been meaning to watch this for ages and since Saturday turned into 'Movie Marathon Day', I decided to finally watch it. Fucking hell. All the usual cliches apply - hard-hitting, emotional tour de force, grim, etc.. Ellen Page plays a blinder. I can't even think about how I felt during the film. You probably know what it's about, but Ellen Page plays an (allegedly) fourteen year old girl who is picked up by an older guy on the internet. She goes back to his place, shit goes sideways pretty quickly. 9/10 - it's not a perfect film, but damn if it doesn't stick with you. Uncomfortable but essential viewing. I also watched The Lego Movie which was very fun/enjoyable/probably should have watched it after Hard Candy and not before, although I still have that fucking song stuck in my head.

It's nae bad at all. Only listened to it once through though, but I'll be going back to it.

Done. Seaton Park is somewhere I've seen/heard of folk doing this. Maybe not near the bit where the pitches/flatter surfaces are, but nearer the river?

Yeah, really pleased with time as well because the hill just before the midway point is a bit of a 'mare. There's also some light trail running involved on the route I run. Just a shame the Garmin couldn't pick up any signal for the GPS thingy.

I'm not against it as such, just felt like it took up too much time. I'm glad we're getting more of Nikki's backstory next season though, as it means there's a point to not wrapping up what's going on with her and the heroin. Also, I'm looking forward to Boo messing with Pentsatucky some more vis a vis the whole 'gay agenda'.

Tried Sainsbury's once because I got a voucher. Turned up three hours late and the guy had left half my shopping in Ferryhill. Got it all sorted, but I've had minimal problems with ASDA (besides this) so I just went back to them. The drivers always tell me when I've had substitutes made and don't mind taking anything back I can't use.
